    Greetings Everyone!

    Hello fellow Christians. I am a 16 year old boy from Houston, TX. I attend church at IBCH Fellowship (International Baptist Church of Houston) every Sunday at 10:30 A.M. and Youth Service at 5:00 P.M. I am of a Filipino nationality, but I was born in America.
    I will try to avoid as much controversy as I can, but judging by my notes that I've taken from previous sermons it seems that most of you are doing wrong. All of your statements seem biased and stereotypical to the extent in that you’re verbally abusing others. I’ve read most of your topics about how you genuinely hate most countries, because of their history, government, or just because of how they look. Luke 6:37-38 says not to Judge and Accuse those who are being guilty. Why do you express your hatred in such ways instead of praying for those who are misguided? Aren’t we supposed to love our enemies now matter how much wrong they do or show just as it says in Luke 6: 27-33. We are all saved by Jesus’ sacrifice, so why do you damn others? It also seems that you are mixing your republican politics with the teachings of the Lord. From what I read in 1 Timothy 6: 3-4 It seems that this is exactly what is happening on this forum. There is a lot of Fighting and Quarrels on this forum that are really unnecessary. While I was reading most of these topics I’ve noticed these “Awards” that are given to “True Christians.” Shouldn’t we be secretive about these things in where God only knows? My pastor has been talking about those who tithe and pray. There are those who pray in public, so they can be seen by others, and those who pray in a room by themselves, so that they can be with the Lord. Where in tithing, some people make sure that someone is watching, and others give just to give to the Lord.
    I hope I didn’t hope I insulted any of you in any way, but I just wanted to say something. It almost made me cry reading most of these topics. Thank you reading this, and please don’t think any less of me, because I’m a teen. Remember 1 Timothy 4:12.

      Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

          I find it funny that you are here to tell us how to read the bible when you aren't even quoting the only true bible! and furthermore we don't argue amongst ourselves, this forum is for the love of God and Baby Jesus and any arguement's that ensue are started by Athiest's and God mocker's that purposely get on this forum only to cause issues. And as far as the medal's go the medal's are given to member's by higher ranking member's and the medal recipient has earned them through they're love of Christ! It sometime's may be a tough thing to accept the true word's of God but in honesty if it were extremely easy to be a true Christian than even Juggalo's and public school kid's would do it! If something is hard to accept and you disagree with it the reason is most likely you have defied it at some point or you have been influenced by one of satan's many way's of persuasion

            I haven't got time to address all the misunderstandings you have about Christianity but if you go on and read Luke 6:41-42 you will see that the Bible speaks of hypocritical judgement. We True Christians(tm) have already pulled out the mote in our eyes and therefore we are free judge.

            What you see as hatred is actually rebuking and we are commanded to rebuke the unsaved:

            2nd Timothy 4:1-2
            I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.


            We are also commanded to judge:

            Leviticus 19:15
            In righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

            1 Corinthians 2:15
            But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

            John 7:24
            Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment

            Since we judge people according to the commandments of God we do righteous judgement. Everything we say is based on Scripture so if you don't like what we preach take it up with God.

              We don't hate them, friend. We merely read the Bible and show how it applies to them. Take for example Gilgal. They were doing wrong and the Prophet Hosea told them so!

              Hosea 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.

              I find this highly ironic considering your previous statement of your judgment of us, but again okay.

              Let's read further into Luke 6. This is a prohibition against hypocritical judgment. It is an almost copy of the beginning of Matthew 7.

              41And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

              We do love our enemies enough to actually try to save them. You sit there and put up with their sin.

                Huh, I always like to go look at a church's website to find out what someone believes.

                I've never seen so many paypal buttons on one church's website in my life!

                I find it funny that "Pastor Al" states here that "the world is full of educated fools" yet when you go to The "Our leaders page" he brags about
                eceived his theological and clinical
                pastoral education from the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary (PBTS), Asia
                Baptist Graduate Theological Seminary (ABGTS), and Baylor University Medical Center
                (Dallas, Texas) respectively. Prior to seminary training, he studied Architecture at the
                University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. He was Dean of Students and professor in
                Pastoral Care and Counseling, Psychology of Religion, and Ministerial Leadership at
                PBTS. He is a CPE Supervisor in the Philippines and founder of Asian Clinical Pastoral
                Education Association, Inc. Currently he is an Educator with the American Association of
                Pastoral Counselors.
                Ahem...... well somebody doesn't practice what he preaches, now does he.

                Also what (pre)version of the Bible does he use? NIV? I'm not exactly sure how he got God hates education out of Acts 22:1-5.
