At times like this, the pasta worshippers start to make sense.

At least they sort of own their disobedience. They came up with a whimsical deity and continued on to make up a lot of nonsense to go with it.

They didn't go around claiming to believe in the standard issue, mainstream concept of "God" which was introduced to the human consciousness by the Bible, and then make up their own personality profile for Him to suit their own ideas.

If you buy into the idea of God, then you buy into the Bible, because that is where He chose to reveal Himself to humanity. In the Bible, He goes on at length about what He deems right and wrong, what He will do about people who deny His authority over what is right and wrong, and the legitimacy of the Bible as His Personal revelation to humankind about Himself and and His intentions.

He makes it clear that His Word is holy, immutable, infallible and inescapable. You obey or not, you choice, but your obedience or even belief in Him doesn't change His Divine Character. And His divine, sinless nature demands that He put sin and sinners far from Him. (Guess where?)

Now, if you want to cobble together some vague, amorphous thought blob of a deity and insist that it supports you in all your decisions, that is your right. If you are wrong, and the Bible is right, then you go to hell.

And you don't go to hell for being a pushmepullyou sex practitioner. You don't go to hell for not believing. You go to hell for not obeying.

Nobody knows with greater clarity that God exists than Satan, himself. They have talked, you know. But Satan decided he would go his own way (sort of like some many of our readers) and write his own script for how to behave. His script is not the Bible way and for that disobedience he is denied eternity in heaven. (I'm not sure where he and God met for their tete et` tete, but I'm sure God was clever enough to work something out.)

Now to bring up a point mentioned more than once by Brother Levi. This is a forum whose very existence is to hold up the Bible, as the autobiography of God. All of His work is discussed. Many of the FAQ's of humanity are addressed. Most importantly of all, His true nature is revealed for all to ponder and appreciate.


We really don't need to ponder your sexual behaviors. There have GOT to be websites and forums out there to discuss that sort of thing.

If you've come here to enlighten us about the world according to you, we are not even going to bother to laugh.

You get your helping of Bible wisdom and nothing else. If you're looking for sweet talk, I'm sure the Hershey Chocolate site would love to hear all about your sex life, since it is no doubt so riveting and relevant to their concerns.

Oh, wait, maybe the United Nations can call a special assembly to listen to your sage insights into the universe. After your one woman show there, you and Steven Hawkins can discuss including your life story in his next book.

Please, please let him finish in time for Christmas!

I'm not sure if your trying to intentionally be ignorent to prove a diluted point, regardless, dear it's not working. Are you insinuating that you've only ever read biblical matirial and therefore have never heard the word "hating" before? If this truley be the case, I must say I pity you for being so ill-read.

I ask you, how have you come to know the world outside of god so well as to have made such qualms against it? If you have never read, and never seen so much of the world as to know of such a common place word, I wonder how it is you presume to make your battles with us? We are, by far, more educated, or is your twisted version of god also opposed to education?

Jesus spoke the words, the writers recorded them. Somehow, they all came up with the same sayings over two millenia.

There are only two logical conclusions.

A. The Bible is true as written.
or
B. You are not a Christian.

Straight people sometimes need to have test tube babies too, seeing as some women are infertile, yet want children.
