Those aren't insults, they're descriptive qualifiers.

Your friend's introduction consisted of proudly proclaiming she enjoys munching carpets and called us "bitches". Ergo, calling her a "foul mouthed carpet muncher" isn't an insult, since she proudly identifies as one.

I'm unwilling to wade through 190 replies again to check and make sure you've made some sort of comment proclaiming yourself to be an atheist, but I'm sure you've posted some feminazi ideology such as believing in the "right" for women to break up families and become lesbians. Again, a descriptive qualifer.

"Unloved by God" is a simple fact. God doesn't love everybody, and He thinks people who engage in homosexual activities are abominations. Read the Bible, you'll see.

Finally, you must be terrorized by demons if you think your deathstyle choices won't get noticed by God. Nothing inherently insulting about it, merely a simple fact.

Now I ask you this, what family am I breaking up? My parents are fully aware of my sexuality, nor do they care. They believe you should love who you love. You were raised to worship a book, I was raised to accept who I am. I much prefer the latter.

Also, in response to Handmaiden, I'm not omnisexual. I never said I was. I'm pansexual, which means I'm gender blind when it comes to love. That I just love who I love. Ominsexual means you can fall in love with anything, object, animal, human.

Also, I'm just going to add, that while I don't believe in God, I'm sure there's a chance I could be proved wrong. I don't know what's going to happen after I die. I don't think anyone knows for sure. Maybe we die and there isn't anything afterwards. Or maybe there is heaven and hell. Or maybe it's like some religions believe, that we are reincarnated, till our karma is pure, and then we all go to an unknown paradise.

No one knows for sure. You can say the bible says so, but other religious texts say otherwise. And each religion believes something different. How do you know for sure yours is the correct one?

Hmm, I think I'm seeing where the confusion is. We have different morals, that much is clear, and with different moralities comes a different vernacular of insults. In my opinion, the words "carpet muncher" make up a derogitory term, which is also considered an insult. the term "lesbian" or "homosexual" could be used , though the offender chose to use the more hurtful term. Therefore it becomes an insult. Also, saying I am unloved by god is most deffinately an insult, or at least a stab at me. why else would that have been needed in civilized conversation?

I have held off on posting in this topic for a while now, but felt compelled to say my piece.

Is this the kind of tolerance and diversity you atheists believe in? I've read through all eighteen pages of this topic and, while the atheists have brutally attacked God and the Bible, all while shouting we should "live and let live" and "accept them for their beliefs", never once did I see one of my Brothers and Sisters in Christ respond with anything but a polite and dignified response.

I am especially disheartened at the treatment you lot are giving my Sister handmaiden. She has taken the time to calmly respond to your hateful messages with tact, politeness and honesty while you throw vulgarities and insults her way.

Is this the way your parents raised you? If so, thank you for enforcing my belief that it is absolutely impossible to have any sort of morality without having God in your life.

I will be praying that you, one day, accept what you did here for what it really is; ignorant hatemongering. And I will also be praying for the day you realize that you need the Lord in your life.
