If you were walking down the street and a bum asked you for a dollar to get a beer and it sounded like this "heeay, brudder can ya spaire some shange" would you give it to him or would you act as though you didn't hear him?

Now if you saw a man who was wearing a suit and was driving a lexus and parked at a meter, and didn't have a quarter, would you be more inclined to give it to him, because you think he wouldn't waste it on booze?
