You could be Saved, of course, provided you genuinely repent of your past sins and accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.

You don't happen to still have your penis around anywhere, do you? Couldn't you get it surgically reattached?

I want to do the right thing and I am asking the Great People here at Landover to guide me and help me to get to Jesus' plan for me.

To repent, you have to 'right the wrong'. I have no idea where you are going to get a ***** from. Then have it reattached and functioning, which you will only know after you get married.
