As an Ex-Gay(c), I am confused as to what would constitute a former shemale. Breast implants are easy enough to remove, and the excess stretched tissues could simply be excised. But what of your genitals? Did you have surgery to remove your penis that you have since had reversed? How is that even possible? I am unaware of a method of keeping a severed penis alive while it is detached from the human body.

Now, I've never been through the full Ex-Gay program (I took a couple of refresher courses, the pastors here decided that's all I needed), but I am a proud graduate of Landover's Ex-Slut™ program, and let me tell you, those programs work wonders!
