First of all, Psalm is Old Testament prior to Jesus. Secondly, your used of the word Reverend has no such meaning in any English language dictionary I am aware of.

Third, in Hebrew the word reverend is yare'. Strong's Concordance defines the word yare':
1) to fear, be afraid
2) to stand in awe of, be awed
3) to fear, reverence, honour, respect
