    dear Landover Baptist Church,

    This will be a lenghty post, but the story I have to tell is lenghty too. I also want to tell you I am not an native american language speaker, nor a antive english, so apologies for any spelling or vocabulary errors.

    I was an atheist. That is why I joined this forum. To see if I could upset True Christians with their strange beliefs. I laughed a lot reading the posts and commented on them trying to be witty. I noticed however how strong the True Christians on this forum believed in their cause.
    Upon receiving another infraction from pastor Ezekiel and a ban from the forum for a couple of days, I was really angry but knew know that these infractions were there to help me getting saved. I used this period of being banned by reading the KJV Bible from cover to cover and.
    I was puzzled. Maybe the True Christians spoke the truth. I read the post of True Christian Johannes Kirkelhom:

    But since natural disasters and accidents do happen God can't be both omnipotent and omniscient on one side and omnibenevolent on the other. Severeal conclusions can arise from this.

    1.) God doesn't exist

    2.) God is not omniscient and therefore don't know how to stop evil before it happens

    3.) God is not omnipotent and therefore can't stop evil

    4.) God is neither omnipotent nor omniscient

    5.) God is not omnibenevolent

    The correct conclusion is of course number 5. This is supported by Numbers 16:30 which shows two things:

    1.) God causes natural disasters

    2.) The people who die in natural disasters aren't innocent and deserve to die as punishment for provoking God.

    In the past I would thaught that the only logical answer would be 1.
    But after reading the KJV from cover to cover I now know that God indeed exists and is indeed not omnibenevolent.
    That is why I want to be Saved if possible. I want to thank pastor Ezekiel for opening my eyes and every True Christian.

    Praise our Good Lord. Praise Jesus.

    A step in the right direction, but you've lots to prove. You can start by changing your avatar, we do not appreciate satanic symbolism on this Holiest of forums.

      Welcome friend,

      We are passionate in our truth of True Christianity™ as we witness to Unsaved Trash because there simply is no room for ambivalence in such a serious matter as your Salvation. See my signature for what God has to say.

      Praise Jesus, be polite and thoughtful, and perhaps some of those nasty red stains will fade and turn to green, God willing.

      I concur with Brother Creeser on the avatar in that it appears to be the demonic scribbling of an atheist, God-hating chemist. It would be nice to see a wholesome representation of the Christian man you strive to become.

        Indeed I have lots to learn! Albert Hoffman HAS been a "g0reat" inspiration in understanding the big philosophical questions. But i know now I was misguided.
        And thank God I found this forum to guide me.

        I will have no avatar. I do not know how to present myself in front of the Good Lord. I feel not worthy.

            First, what is it that you fry?

            Second, would you care to reconsider your statement that you read the entire Bible in two days? I'd believe it if you said you read the New Testament in two days, it's only a few hundred pages. The entire Bible is over 1,500 pages.

            I doubt you could read and comprehend the Bible in two days. Especially as English is not your native language, and you don't know the difference between "fryer" and "friar".
            Bible boring? Nonsense!
            Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
            You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

              Isn't friar a catholic thing? I don't want to be associated with that cult.
              Too bad though you doubt my skills. And may I point out that the reading has not finished. I have th bible with me 24/7.

              @Pastor Ezekiel. Never been to church, no. Glad I did not since I now know this is the only True Church.
