    Hello :)

    Hiya everyone, I'm Hannah
I pray at home, but I don't know which church is best, and I came here hoping to be helped
A friend of mine helped me find Jesus but I fear for my soul to make the wrong decision
I enjoy the proverbs, especially ones about love
If anyone wants to help educate me, or talk to me about God that would be really nice
    Proverbs 15:17
Better is a dinner of herbs where love is,
Than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.

    Re: Hello

    How old are you Hanna?

    You have the quote wrong.

Better is a dinner of herbs where love is,
Than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.

    Edit:Seems it was fixed!
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

      Re: Hello

Hey there Hannah, Welcome to our friendly forum! Here at Landover you will find loads of information about GOD, the Bible and your responsibilities as a Christian™.

To get you started, you need to be on the lookout for a local Baptist Church. If you give us an approximation of where you live we can help you look .

But firstly, before we do anything, do you have your fathers permission to be here?

A woman came up to me the other day, 12/6/2016 and said:
"But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"

Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.

GOD doesn't open his gate to just anyone. Being a True Christian™ is like a Queue Jump ticket at Disney, we are guaranteed a ride with JESUS.

        Re: Hello

@James Hutchins I'm really cautious about giving out details on the internet, but thank you for correcting me

@WinnerNotSinner I live in England, and I'm so shy, I thought I'd try and learn lots before making a decision, as there are so many churches I want to try and work out which is best. Can you tell me what the differences are? I know that Protestant is where the monarch is leader, and Catholic is where the Pope leads but I don't know too much
And I do have his permission

Any Bible-believing fundamentalist Baptist church will do fine as soon as they follow God's every word to the letter.

Well Hanna, there are a lot of false religions and only one True Religion©. Can you guess which one represents the True Word of God®?

Think for a moment, did God have the Bible written so you could only read bits and pieces or do you think he wants to read the whole thing?

Mrs. Hutchins is sitting here, she said you remind her of an intrigued artist.
            What do you think Hanna?

I understand your view, I just wish to be cautious and not hurry
I did try and set up another account under that name but I received no e-mail through so decided to try again. I do not mind admitting I am an intrigued artist, I still have so much to learn in life, and love to interpret it in many ways

What if you get struck by a train next weekend and you have not repented to Jesus? You think you really want to risk spending an eternity in Hell because you want to take your time? God created the Heavens and the Earth in under a week. I think you can say "I do' to Jesus a little quicker, don't you?
