Again, you're using the source itself as proof of its authenticity, when just about every other holy book in the world does this, it doesn't hold up.

Anyone knows the best information comes direct from the source and the only source that matters is the word of God. There is only one holy book but there are many imitations. Perhaps when you're older you might understand.

If you want proof other than consulting Scripture, you need only step outside and breathe in GOD'S marvelous creation. It's best if you do this with a copy of your KJV 1611 in hand, though, to best enhance the experience and bring you closer to GOD. Obviously, starting at the beautiful words of Genesis are the best way to be smacked with the realization that yes, everything you see was created for YOU! Enjoy, but only after you've completely handed your life and soul over to HIM.

Genesis 1:26-30 -- And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

Then how dare those other religions say they are the true word of God! What gives them the right!?

Whatever they're telling them must be working because they have more followers than Christianity!

Non-believers spread about any old twoddle. It doesn't matter what they say since it's all equally wrong. You shouldn't worry about them. A few million followers of some silly religion count for nothing. Give me 12 strong, white Christian warriors anyday!

Funny thing is, they're probably over there saying the exact same thing about us, using the exact same line of "reasoning." Silly extremists....

I really don't think this is the place to try to spread their 'reasoning' gibberish. We're all good Christians here, destined for Heaven, not Hell.

Gotcha, their "reasoning" is gibberish. What can we do to save them? Likewise, how do I make sure they don't try to "save" me?

That's simple. Keep a copy of the bible on you at all times.

Do have a trawl around these forums. I'm sure you could learn a lot. You will probably find this one interesting.

Anyways, bed time for me. I will pray for you.

Randomuser, I love you, lol, this is quite entertaining to read, There entire reasoning is that the bible said so, and it is gods word, so it must be right. However do we actually know this was gods word? What if it was some guy claiming to be this "god" and wrote this to create a totalitarian society, and have the simple minded people to fear this god. I mean what makes it that this wasn't the case? Were each and every one of you there to witness the event?

I did this, and saw the earth, a lovely utopia where man and woman were enjoying their lives, not because they believe in the all mighty, however because they are caring and compassionate for those around them no matter what their belief and color of their skin. So what does this say? Satan is rewarding them for their good deeds? and saying "good...good...exactly what I want, I want the world to be a peaceful place, and have those that do good things for others and not frown upon them. Take this reward now and you will burn in hell with myself for eternity for doing good, muahahahah".

I have finally found the answers I have been looking for, thank you very much

I think you're mistaking the book of mormon for the Holy Bible.

Doesn't the holy father love each and every one of you? does that make him homosexual? Doesn't the bible also say, Love and honor thy parents, hmm...parents being plural, in order for them to be your parents in the holy bible, one must be male, and the other female, okay so love and honor, wait did I just hear love? Okay so since your parent is male, and it says love, then I guess God has told each and every one of us to be homosexual. Are you serious, Christians are really notorious for throwing things out of context aren't they?

However might I add, Jesus would be proud of that beard you have going on!
