    I seek advice.

I have recently gotten married to a wonderful God loving man. However, he often whips and spanks me for no reason. I cook, clean, love and obey him. Why does he still punish me? Am I a sinner for doubting him?

    Yes.

Genesis 3:16 "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."

I need apologize for doubting him, but how do I do that? Will he hit me more?

Get on your knees, bend over and beg for His and his forgiveness. And ask his permission to be here.

Thank you for your helpful advice. I have begged for forgiveness and he has rightfully punished me.

I am glad to hear that. Now please tell us what church you go to, what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

My favorite Bible verse changes regularly, as there are far too many. Currently it is
With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness (2Peter3:8&9)
as I am praying for my nephew who is in a coma. I came to find Jesus through this period of grief, and seek solace with Him and knowing that He is guiding us through this miracle healing.

I'm not doubting your story, but you write that he disciplines you "for no reason" and frankly I'm having a hard time getting my brain wrapped around that.

Are you positive you haven't done anything wrong?

                Yours in Christ,

When I apologized, he kindly told me what I had done to anger him (I hadn't ironed his shirt properly, leaving a crease). I realized I shouldn't have been so careless, and shouldn't have doubted him in his doings.

Well, that's not exactly 'nothing' is it?

All the same, I hope he's not being too lenient, like leaving thick clothes to soften the sting on your skin of his husbandly discipline. If he's going to do it, he should be doing it properly.

                    Hmm?

He makes sure I remove all my clothing before punishing me.

All of it!? That's a bit much surely!? He does avert his gzae though...limiting it only to the target area, right?

I meant below the waist. Forgive me for not being specific.

From your wording, I can't tell if he wants a crease or not.

I do hope we are talking Sunday clothes here...he doesn't have some pansy job where he has to wear an ironed shirt does he?
