No sir. I am a neo-Druid. We follow the beliefs of the ancient Celts as nearly as we can, given the fact that there are very few insular Celtic sources of information- it was all oral tradition. The Druids believed that they're power was too great to accidentally fall into immoral hands, so they didn't write down the traditions. The Romans did that. But they did it with an eye of prejudice, so we have to use archeological evidence along with the writings of the Romans to piece the belief system back together. For example, the Romans wrote of horrible, gruesome human sacrifice among the Druids, which we know to be propaganda, and not reality. The Romans misinterpreted the Druids to be a priestly caste, when the reality was that they were merely the educated class- doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc. I myself am a wedding minister. That's why we use the distinction "neo" meaning "new" or modern, as opposed to calling ourselves Druids. The original Druidic rights and specific traditions have been lost to history.

Ahhhh, you practice witchcraft. Got it.

(Revelation 21:8) "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."

Again, my friend, you're confused. Witches, Wiccans, are a totally different thing. They're touchy, feely hippies... They do things from a halfhearted point of view. A candle in a culdron is their bonfire if it's too cold to go outside, for example.

A guy in a dress who worships trees tells me I'm confused.

My friend Lorena were a fan of all that druidas mambo jambo when we was younger - she even writed her name like 'Loreena' cos she say it were celta and stuffs.

I quiet liked some of the music I heared but I could no understand nothing of all the superstitious crayness she was talking about.

Was good fun to make bonfires on the beach though at San Juan fiestas in alicante and all drink wind¡e and dance a bit and have fun while Lorena / Loreena was speaking in weirds toungues - crazy, but funny.

I didn't take nothing of this serious of course. It was all a laugh only.

Ah, there's nothing like a bonfire in the Rocky Mountains on a cold winter night... Canvas tents, lanterns... I'm a primitive camper. There's nothing to keep you warm on a cold winter night like a canvas tent and wool blankets, situated by the hot rocks surrounding a bonfire... You and your friend- and anyone else here on this board- should join me one of these winters! With us, everyone is welcome, accepted and loved.

                Sorry.
                That sound like ''Brokeback Mountain.
I runned out of the room at the 'canvas tent on cold winter night' part.

Never been to Brokeback Mountain. I go to Mt. Evans usually. You don't like canvas? I have a Coleman. Canvas is just warmer. If we use the Coleman, it just means we have to share covers and cuddle- warmer that way! I wouldn't mind sharing some of my body heat with you and Loreena. We would need to find some way to stay warm in that uninsulated modern tent, after all!

Just to clear things up... When I said "Witches, Wiccans, are a totally different thing..." what that meant was "Witches, as in Wiccans, are a totally different thing from me." I am not a witch, as in Wiccan. Just to make sure it's clear, since my first post seemed a little cryptic. I apologize for that.
