When I accepted Jesus as my Savior, some of my more Jewish features disappeared with age.

We have to turn to the Bible to understand what happened:

"The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:
And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see [it] together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken [it]."

    Isa 40:3-5

This passage tells us that God has the power to change nature as He sees fit. In my case, my crooked nose was gradually made straighter when I turned to God. A small feat for a being that created the universe. Modest miracles do happen, unlike what the 'hatetheists' will have you believe, you just have to earn them.

Rabbis have been known to steal Christian blood in an attempt to animate their Golems. Just one of the many, many reasons why I left Judaism.

well, my daddy (RIP) used to say they was only three things certain in this life ... Death, Taxes, and Hebrews! I wasnt too sure what he meant by that, he would always get sort of vague with his philosophies after his second glass of pine sol. what you suppose he meant?

    Shalom aleichem!

We Jews have sinned against God when we killed His only Son. It's only logical to repent from such a sin!

If you read the New Testament you would find that those who refuse to follow Jesus into death will be damned with eternal punishment. How can you be blind to such a truth?

Let me guess, next you will want to lend me money at a ridiculous rate. Or maybe you will try to steal my blood to animate one of your Golems. Go away you hooked-nose Joo! I will earn my place in Heaven even if I have to fight off the likes of you.

Greetings to all people of faith.

I read through the guidelines for new members and it looks like I have to tell you all who I am, what brought me here, and my favorite scripture.

My name is Dominic and I was raised in a Jewish household. I went to the synagogue every second Saturday and was even allowed to study the Torah at the beit midrash.

However, as time went by, I felt increasingly dissatisfied with Judaism. Their constant petulance at Jesus Christ, and their claim that He was 'shoehorned' into the prophecies felt wrong. I started to fear for my soul. I also became increasingly aware that my kind had killed Jesus, and it put an enormous amount of guilt on my conscience.

So when I turned 16 years old, I had myself baptized in the Christian faith in secret. Lo and behold! The guilt that weighed me down for years was lifted up! That's when I knew that Jesus Christ was the one true savior. Ever since that moment, I have become a fundamentalist Christian. I have no illusions that the curse bestowed on the children of Israel has been lifted from me, in fact, it's what makes me so devout to God. I want to earn my place in the eternal Kingdom and break free from the curse.

So I ended up here. Judging by the threads and posts, it seems that the level of devotion to Jesus in these boards appears to match my own. I am truly blessed to have found this haven of worship and devotion.

    My favorite scripture is:
"But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give] an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
For [it is] better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing."

    1 Pe 3:15-17
שלום Hello and welcome to God's favorite forum! I used to be a christ-killer myself until the year of 1976 when Jesus Christ saved me from my addiction to marijuana and LSD.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
By the way, we all know who's going to have the last laugh when people like Rothstein here find themselves roasting in the flames of hell.
Psalm 59:8 But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.

Thank you for the welcome Pastor.

Ann Coulter has always been such a fascinating author, and quite the eye candy if I may say so. It's no surprise that she would understand the struggle that Jews face when wanting to reach out to the one true religion. God bless her soul. Have you read her book 'Godless: The Church Of Liberalism'?

I try to witness to other Jews as often as I can. The left-wing liberal media has everyone convinced that Heaven accepts anyone. I read the Bible and I know better.

    The Lord says:
"And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness."
    Isa 29:18

I take it that the Lord will one day open the eyes of the Jews and let them see the light. Amen!

Hi Ex Jew. It's great that you have thrown away all that Torah and Tanakh rubbish and now follow God's own words in the Old Testament. Why don't all Jews follow your example? Are they blind?
Also why don't they get the New Testament? If Jesus took all that hard work to made sure He followed all of the prophecies at least they should accept Him as the son of God. That's not asking too much is it?
He even arrived in Jerusalem on a donkey as foreseen. Are Jews blind?

    John 12:14

And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written,
Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt. These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things unto him.

    That should be proof enough.
