I am new to this whole forum thing. Stick with me. Also, please help me, I want to be Christian.

I am unable to understand why most Christians hate Democrats and Obama. Is it taxes?

In Luke 12:33, Jesus says, "Sell your possessions and give to the poor." In Matthew 19:21, he says, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor." In Matthew 6:24, he says, "You cannot serve God and Money."

Also, I find it funny that most Christians are ignorant about their own religion. Do you know who Martin Luther is? Do you know that as a Protestant, you are using a bible that has been cut and edited by the Catholics and only contains less than 1% of the actual writings? How can we be worshiping as Protestants by using the tools of the Catholics?

Another question; why did god create Cancer and AIDS? I'm not sure if that's very fair.

Can a pedophile and murderer get into heaven? The Bible tells me that the only eternal sin is blasphemy of the eternal spirit.

What about all the hypocrites in my church?

How is it fair that people who can't get the word of Christ to be judged? Like those in North Korea. Their media is strongly controlled by the government. Therefore they don't know anything about Christ. Therefore, they will be sent to Hell. It's not their fault though.

Why doesn't God answer prayers of needy children if he is so loving?

I would like some serious evidence. He seems to be doing more Christ-like things than most Christians around.

Homosexuals can go to hell and burn slowly whilst being roasted on a stick so the devil can eat them.

I find that this isn't true. Christ was a very accepting person. Was he not? If the homosexuality isn't in my face, I'm sure I don't mind it.

As far as the video game, well, that's fairly ironic. God is the loving and would not want us killing people but hey, stereotype and kill Muslims even though they haven't done anything wrong. Portal 2? Play that and you're a sinner.

You are taking this scripture out of context. You must read the whole Bible to understand any one of its parts.

You see, poor people cannot afford medical insurance, because we live in a capitalist society. This means they cannot get the treatment they need, and often are afflicted with diseases that they cannot manage.

According to scripture, this means the poor have failed to hearken unto the voice of the Lord, do what is right in his sight, give ear to His Commandments, or keep all of His Statutes.

Exodus 15:26 (King James Version) 26And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

According to scripture, those who sin do not abide in the Lord.

1st John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

And also according to scripture, those who do not seek the Lord should be put to death.

2 Chronicles 15:13
Whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.

Therefore, we must not give the poor money. In fact, we should see to it that laws are passed that will kill them as quickly as possible.

Where does the Bible say to love everyone? If I am correct, it says to love God and your neighbor. Then Jesus goes on to define neighbor very rigidly.

The verses state plainly that the SAMARITAN, not the thief, was a neighbor.

Do you need me to dissect the whole passage for you, piece by piece, and FORCE you to understand?

I would normally never condescend to a grown man in America's Armed Forces by presuming to teach him how to read, but in this case I am telling myself you do not have a high school degree, and could in no wise have been recruited by such a prestigious organization. Jesus commences to respond in parable form. The parable that ensues contains four characters: a victim of thievery, a priest, a Levite, and a Samaritan. The victim is mentioned first.

30And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

As you see, this man is not a thief himself, rather, he fell among thieves and was robbed by them.

Next is mentioned the priest, who sees this victim lying injured by the road, and does nothing to help him.

31And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

Next is a Levite, who does no more than the priest.

32And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.

Finally, Jesus introduces the good Samaritan, who, as Jesus is about to explain, was the only neighbor of the four, the only one that we are Commanded by God to love when He says "Love thy neighbor as thyself". The Samaritan behaves in a very neighborly fashion towards the victim of the thievery, as you are about to see:

33But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

Now here it comes, when Jesus explains that it was the Samaritan, not the one who fell among thieves, not the priest, and not the Levite, who was a neighbor in the story.

Jesus plainly states that it was the Samaritan, the one who showed mercy on the victim, who was a neighbor.
