    Hello

The guitar to me represents freedom. When I play I feel like I'm in another world. Music has really brought so much joy into my life and having a career in music makes me feel like the luckiest man on earth.

I love spending time with my wife and 4 year old daughter. We live in Boise Idaho and I love the people and the community I live in. I also enjoy long walks in the woods and bike restoration and surfing.

My name is Steve. I am a musician. I am a father and husband.

    ...and I'm a Mormon

Be careful with those sorts of things, young man.

I hope it's some nice country acoustic guitar and not that awful rock and roll jigaboo noise.

Other than being a hell bound momo, you seem like a decent young man.

      Hello Steve,

There are several things wrong or disconcerting about your introductory post:

      1. You did it incorrectly. If you look in the box at the top of the page, it gives the instructions very clearly. "Here is where you introduce yourself. Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus."

      2. Almost as an afterthought, you shamefacedly confess that you have joined a cult. I'm sad that you won't be joining me and other True Christians(tm) in Heaven.

      3. That's a shame about having a daughter. I hope you are able to marry her off at the soonest possible opportunity, and that your wife is able to produce some Soldiers for Christ.

      4. Surfing in Idaho?

      5. I hope you are using your Jesus-given abilities on the guitar to praise Our Lord Jesus Christ, and to spread the true word of the Bible much like my friend Billy Bob does.

      Yours in Christ,

      Z. Smyth

So you are a hippy type guy who is willing to believe anything? My next door neighbour says he has been visited by an angel called Idioti, he is looking for some gullible fools. Do you want his number?

This is a Christian forum. Why are you here?

That's all very interesting, but I must second brother Jack's question: What brings you here? Surely you don't think we're interested in talking to you about anything other than Jesus, and how best to know Him?
