Considering white rice is the third ingredient, and it wasn't introduced to the Middle East or northern Africa until about 3,500 years ago, it's a safe bet that Esau didn't use it nearly 6,000 years ago. I can't speak to the spices.

The dinner rolls use yeast; until at least after the Exodus (Moses' time), the Jews ate unleavened bread.

A shame these people can't do basic homework -- like find out if the major ingredients were even available -- before declaring their recipe "Biblical".

Those are excellent points, Reverend Rodimer, but brown rice is almost exclusively for hippies and communists.

I know it is quite unsuitable for a woman, but do you think i could be accepted as a forum member? I wanted to ask questions about proper Christian Discipline and cooking etc.

God's delays are not God's denials. Have you begun tithing to the Landover Baptist Church? That may help, as we know that it pleases God mightily.
