I really can't, so get your abacus ready, because I need to know how damned I really am. Here's me in a nut shell:
1) I am female (boop! damned already)
2) I was born in Oregon (Where the homos and hippies thrive)
3) I was never baptized (My God-loving mother had to deal with my would-be older sisters death 4 short months after she was born, explain?)
4) I wear pants, because dresses are uncomfortable to wear all the time (skirts too) but I do wear nice dresses on occasions.
5) I don't dress as a whore, ever, but I was still tempted by a snake (man) and fell into his trap (crotch, if you will) and because of him I contracted Chlamydia (that I didn't know of for 8 months because of healthcare.) and now I'm 97% sterile.
6) I'm no longer a virgin, actually, I haven't been since I was raped at the age of 8 by a horribly perverted man that would have used my little sister too if I didn't but tied me up and forced me to anyways.
7) I work a security job, I'm not a stay-at-home kind of girl, I like adventure.
8) Despite everything bad that's happened to me, I found my soul mate when I was 18 and he was 16. He doesn't care for God, yet I know I am his forever. I will not force him to love God, and I respect that we share very similar views about many topics surrounding religion and politics. He respects me for who I am, and that is what makes our love perfect.
We're getting married too, tomorrow will be our 2 year anniversary.

I'm certainly not bashing anyone in this community, I'm sure you're all God-abiding citizens of a God-less nation, and you hate it. All that I ask for is respect as a human being, and an answer. I am NOT asking for harassment, so temper your minds before you cast stones. I am only looking for a way out.

Reverend i am afraid i am straying from the lord. i recently calculated that in the bible God Kills over 2 million people while the devil only kills 10 , why? Are we not supposed to love thy neighbor ? Does satan punish evil people ? if so wouldn't that make good as he is punishing homosexuals and sinners ?

Who is the reverand you're talking to and what the Hell are you talking about? All deaths in the Bible are by God's hand, some to bring the faithful to deliverance and eternal salvation, others to be damned to Hell for all eternity. Deaths that occurred at Satan's hand were at Gods behest. Do you really think Satan can kill people willy-nilly on Earth? No, that's what God does when they deserve it for not following him!

God is omnipotent and so Satan is doing what he is told by burning sinners (e.g. homers) in Hell. Here is an example of God commanding Satan:

Job 2:6
And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

This is why he burns homers:

Leviticus 20:13
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

I can sit here for hours arguing the parameters of your completely warped view of what Christianity and God stands for , the bible i know preaches love between all people as God as a ubiquitous force has the power to reach all of his children. Your preaching portrays a vengeful God and the way you articulate your arguments concerning evil is implicate that we should worship some satanic practice.i don't wish to offend and correct me if i have misinterpreted what you have said. I love and believe in the bible although its messages are not one dimensional , God is not that simple , therefore the messages need to be taken in with some discretion for example do you believe the world is flat ??? I cannot imagine what could possibly bring you to believe this, other than you just can't stomach the idea that one of your gay friends is on a fast track to the pits of hell. God is pretty clear on this.

Is the whole story of Jesus dying for our sins just some sort of metaphor? Do you not believe that God created the world, or do you see that story is just some symbolic tale whose real meaning we are supposed to guess? At this rate, you might is well just chuck the whole Christian doctrine out the window in exchange for .... what? Your personal view/interpretation/conjecture on what God REALLY meant to say.

No, friend. You have it wrong. We have a sacred text for a reason. Just read it. It's not more mysterious or complicated than that. What is in the Bible is God's word, not for you to change. This is clearly set out in 2 Peter 1:20.
