It was a perfect comparison. It is a fact that there is only one true God and Saviour, just as it is a fact that cars are not fueled by potatoes. How you fail to see the connection is beyond me.

[QUOTE=Alphonse Alban;908669]Can you read at all? As I said, we try to get message of Jesus out to as many people as possible. Still, if that message never reaches that baby, he will end up in hell.
He is sinful, because his parents are sinful. They did not follow God.

I stopped reading there. We are all sinful as we are all related to Adam and Eve.

Yes, you are taught how they work - but there is only one true Saviour, and that is Our Saviour, Jesus Christ. You completely missed my point.
Well, then you shouldn't have compared cars an potatoes.

Anyway, I've been touched by God as a Lutheran. But as I said, I still have lots of questions that I don't think a man can answer correctly, only God and I will have an eternity to spend on asking those questions to someone that really knows the answers to 100% when I am in Heaven.

Praise the lord for he is understanding me!

I doubt God wouldn't forgive a child born in sin, why then would God even allow the child to be born in the first place? Wouldn't that just help the Devil?

He is sinful, because his parents are sinful. They did not follow God. If you would have ever read the bible, you know that you can inherit sins of your fathers. You forget that God is omnipotent. He is source of all evil too. You have free will to get saved, or spit in the face of Jesus. Like those people who turned to paganism did.

Deuteronomy 23:2 A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the Lord.

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

It is good that you learn about other cultures and religions in order to understand them better why they believe and what they believe - or not believe.
It is no hatred. It is a fact. Lutherans has forsaken the bible. They are teaching against the teachings of the bible. Jesus teaches that other religions are wrong, and those misguided people should be converted to Christianity. Jesus is the only way to salvation. It's that simple. If you do not believe it, you are saying that Jesus is wrong.

Mark 16:15-16 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

You should judge those people. Jesus commands you to judge them and rebuke their heathen ways.

John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

2 Timothy 4:1-2 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

    Hypocrisy is a death sin.
Since you seem so fixated on distorting this particular verse of Scripture to suit your imaginary version of Christianity that exists only in your deluded imagination, I'll bite.

    Matthew 12:30-37
He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.
O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Isn't it interesting when we look at verses in context rather than trying to twist their meaning to suit your vain agenda? Sins can be forgiven, except for one. It's not a difficult concept. To be forgiven, you must be repent (Acts 2:28), become a True Christian™ (Matthew 12:30), and go forth and sin no more (I John 5:18). That is, you must become perfect, like we are.

The fact that you fail at rightly dividing the Word shows what a spiritual cripple you truly are. I give thanks to God that He guided you here, that you may have a chance to learn from our example and make something worthwhile of yourself.

    I Corinthians 2:14-15
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

You damn yourself with every sass-mouthed word you utter in our direction. I suggest you take a few deep breaths, calm down, and share in Christian fellowship with us. We want you to join us in Heaven, but it's looking unlikely to happen with your sour attitude.

Baby born in some desolate Amazonian jungle who will never even hear about Jesus, is just as sinful in the eyes of God than someone who willingly turns his back on love of Jesus. That baby is born of sin because his ancestors did forsake God when people were scattered all over the world. Jesus is the only way to salvation. Turn or burn.
Shouldn't we illuminate them then? I do feel sorry for them, as it is not their fault and should be helped at all costs. That's what Jesus would do.

Again you are mistaken. We are not ignoring that. We do love our neighbors and we give tithe to our Church to help ones needing help. We do not ignore parts of bible like you do. We are the most loving Christians and this is friendliest forum in all of the internet. There is no greater love than speading the true message of Jesus. Turn or burn.
Lots of cursing and mocking against others, like non-Americans. "Godless England" when you are reading King James' bible for an example.
You threaten people that do not think like you with violence in some cases, which I don't find very Christian and something Jesus would do. It is God's decision to punish, not yours.
If you think by Matthew 19:21, is to give to the poor means to your Church, you clearly haven't seen poverty and should open your eyes a little bit.

Liberal false-Christians, like your rotten lutheran church in Sweden, are the ones who does not love other people. They lie to people. They say it's OK to be gaysexual, muslim, joo or other heathen. We all know that it's not true. Everyone who is not baptized and does not believe ends up in hell. It is cruel to give false hope to people and not telling that in reality they are heading to hell. We do not lie to people. Because we care.

I would have lots of doubts if I wouldn't been saved, but it feels like now that Lutheranism is correct for me and that God is fine with that, and you are not the one to Judge me that that's not true, because God himself accepted me.

Plus, it clearly states, in pure plain text, that all sins can be forgiven except blasphemy against God. No one can deny that. Matthew 12:31 clearly states that.
    EVERY WORD

And nobody is denying that if you blaspheme the holy spirit you are going to Hell with no hope of reprieve.

God loves us so much that even if you are a mass murderer you go to Heaven if you repent truly. God hates blasphemy so much it doesn't matter how much you try to sneak your black and hateful heart past Him by doing good works you will go to Hell.

    GLORY!

The answer seems pretty obvious to me. Did you sin while you were in the womb? Did you lust after your mother and masturbate? God see's everything; including our thoughts.

If not your mother, do you have any sisters that you may have carnally sensed while in your mother's tummy?

However, you cannot repent unless the Father broods over you and draws you to Jesus.

No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

In other words, your personal interpretation of the scripture does not matter, and you will not get saved when you want to. The Lord® makes that choice, not you.

In further rebuttal, if you go ahead and say it: it will render a false-witness and will lead you further into damnation.

Friend, if you would read(instead of cherry-pick) the KJV Bible, you would be aware of this.

I follow the Lord, and I think I am following the Bible in a way that God will accept, but everyone makes mistakes, there is no one perfect except God.

You guys have stated that you take the Bible literary but now you say you shouldn't take Matthew 12:31 literary?
Matthew 12:31 is pretty plain and simple and difficult to interpret in another way. The verses you posted, would be "easier" to interpret into something that would suit your beliefs more than other's.

I have read the KJV Bible and there are lot's of verses that makes 100% sense and there are no questions what the message is, but then there are those verses in the Bible that creates different beliefs, which is not very difficult to understand. God will understand.
