Why would we discuss? We're right and you are wrong unless we agree. That's just the way it is. We don't want to marry you.

So... what do you use to beat your children with?

    You complain too much.

(Philippians 2:14) "Do all things without murmurings and disputings."

    Yours in Christ,

Thank you Mary Etheldreda for your concern though it is misguided. As I have said clearly and truthfully I read the Holy Bible every day, and I have it guide my life and my actions.

On the rest that is your choice and option.

What makes you think we care about your heretical thoughts about scripture or why you think you're a Christian or what books you like to read? I care first and foremost about my salvation and the salvation of those people close to me. To that end, I will raise my children with a proper fear of the LORD.

Because I am a compassionate person, I care about you enough to warn you that your beliefs are detrimental to you in the long run. You are wasting your precious life hanging on to these beliefs and allowing them to inspire your behavior. If you would but read the Holy Bible and ponder its message carefully, with an open heart, you will come to the love the LORD as much as I.

Hello, I need help changing my signature and I wish to ask that the title "chronic masturbator" be removed as it is a falsehood based on no facts. I have also seen other changes and I request that the Mods use their powers more responsibly and not play with peoples profile.

On to you Redeemed Papist, yes it is possible we are disagreeing even likely that is simply the case. I though receive my understanding through deep prayer and study of the scriptures... how do you receive understanding?
I am not a false Christian nor a priest that cleverly lies to those around him, I am a child and servent of God and he is my Father. I put my faith in Jesus Christ and have taken him as my Savior. Read the Bible prayerfully, all of it word for word and the Holy Ghost will show you the truth of it. It is not hard to understand the Bible unless one has hedged themselves in by false traditions of fallen Christians.
So basically I'm just not thinking about the Bible in the right ways in order to understand it properly. I'm not capable of understanding it in the right way. Yet you're the only person I've ever heard say that the Bible means what you say it means.

Meanwhile I read the Bible all by myself and came to the same conclusion as people at Landover about God long before I ever came here. I didn't have to spend ages praying and thinking high thoughts about "what it really means" I just read what's plainly there.

Can you see why people here are calling you out on your scripture twisting yet?

In other words, you came onto a Baptist church's discussion forum and told the members that you espouse heretical beliefs.
I did not come on here insisting none of you understand the Bible,
You've said so repeatedly, actually. Go back and read what you wrote.

I don''t want you to admit your wrong I just want to you stop trying to say I am wrong
But you are. And your error, by placing limits on God's power, is blasphemy which will lead to your eternal damnation.

What Christian would want that to happen to you?

Of course, if you want the argument to stop, all you have to do is stop participating in it. You can't, because you are really here to evangelize your heresies.

I did not come on here insisting none of you understand the Bible, but saying I have clear reasons for disagreeing with the Trinity. I don''t want you to admit your wrong I just want to you stop trying to say I am wrong when I have given reasons, bother Biblical and otherwise, why I am do not agree with something barely voted through by the Council of Nicea and headed by the political figure that was Constantine.

What does "and the Word was God" mean in John 1:1?

Actually it isn't game over as the Trinity came together not in the Bible but at the Council of Nicea: http://www.columbia.edu/cu/augustine/arch/sbrandt/nicea.htm
It is a Christian tradition to believe in the Trinity, and I have already show scriptures that point to the falseness on the Trinity. So sorry it is not 'straight to Hell for me'.

Miss Felicity please stop, I have quoted the scriptures plenty of time have you not been reading my thread? I have given plenty of scriptures from the Bible time and again. Why are you giving me infractions based on falsehoods?
