1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Following Brother Niles' oh-so-simple instructions would go a long way to negating your transgressions.

            H, Cath.
            I'm also new here.
I also want to know these nice church leaders; how they operate, think, evangelise, the lot.
I've been writing a book for years about churches.
Most churches are run by religious merchants, ugly folk, like Muslims or worse, and they arrive at your doorstep advertising a message they say they bring from god, like Russellites do, Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons, the creeps.
Here, we might be surrounded by honest folk; at least these leaders are not only good-looking but also look sincere and honest - that is an important asset.
I want to write a section about this church in my book.
I've read a few lines of their SofF and it looks pretty honest.
I like the KJV - actually I read AND studied that wonderful version more than 20 times in the last 40 years.
Great Bible - nothing to compare with the NIV, NASB, NST, or even the IDX or the PLRD.
I welcome you you welcome me, Cath.
More bakeries less churches; more baking powder less religion.

I moved your posts Catherine. For your information, we speak proper American here. No slang, no foul words. Just decent conversation about our utter devotion to Jesus.

How long have you been married, how many sons have been pulled for your uterus and laid on Gods feet?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Dear, you need not share your sexual exploits here. All sins are equal in God's eyes. Stealing a pen from the office is no more or less sinful than "legitimate rape." The question you need to ask yourself is not will you be liked, but do you want to spend an eternity in the demonic hands of Satan and his minions? Because I can assure you, legitimate rape will be like child's play for you there.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Why would we not like you? Because you're a harlot? We have ex-harlots and ex-prostitutes here.

You're already an ex-Catholic, so that's a great step in the right direction! Better an atheist than a Papist, I always say.

There are a couple of great resources in my signature block for you. Bible in a Year is right here on this forum; you can read the Bible in 3-chapter sections, and join in discussion about them with Landover's top theologians! Real Bible Stories is a site where you can "eavesdrop" on a Sunday school class and hear all the ridiculous questions kids ask about Bible stories!
                      Bible boring? Nonsense!
Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

Dear Catherine, as an Ex-Irish (waiting on delivery of my new badge), Ex-mary worshipper and Ex-drunk. I know by your yapitty yap, yaps that you are currently out of your head on Guinness.

In order to understand Landover, you first of all have to sober up. Don't worry, through Christ all things are possible, Philippians 4:13 and if you need a guiding hand, the pastors here will only be too happy to show you the back of theirs.

As one Ex-Irish to hopefully another soon, I urge you now, to turn your back on the mary worshippers and paedos and turn to the one true Christian church and follow Christ as something obviously drew you to these Godly forums, 1 Peter 2:21
