Hello there, I'm Stephanie from MI

As you could already see in this thread's name, I'm Stephanie and I have been a Christian since I was eight years old. I am currently single and living with my parents, practicing daily on my skills in the kitchen, cleaning the house, and other household duties of a proud woman of God. My father is a Sunday School teacher and pastor at our local church where I am the housekeeper/janitor of. I do not consider my "job" a job at all, but more of my duty to the Lord to praise his wonderful name by keeping his church clean and respectable. Aside from practicing cooking, my hobbies include horse-back riding (where my username comes from, the pale part being where I myself am pale and do not tan easily), reading my Bible daily (my favorite verse being Proverbs 31:30, KJV version of course), and cleaning. I hope to make more friends with fellow Christians on this site and maybe even find the one God has chosen for me to serve as their wife.

Why would you want to "tan" in the first place? Clergymen's daughters seem to get singled out for demonic attack more than others, I've noticed. I have occasionally had to counsel one or two and the ideas they'd developed were often disturbing. Obviously their sole objective should be the production of sons. Satan has other ideas and we have history to explain that this is nothing new.
Leviticus 21:9 And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire.
          KJV

I have been trying to understand how being a janitor is going to produce any sons and have only been able to come up with rather negative images. Perhaps you could advise?

          Thanks.

Nice to meet you Stephanie. Looks like both of us having the same first name was God's little way of bringing us a tad closer to Sisters in Christ. Oh and don't worry, you did fine with your welcoming. I'm really starting to like these "forum" things. These little smiley faces are just the cutest things except for that ungodly Devil "smiley face".

Sorry for not explaining things enough, but I'd be happy to answer your questions. The "tanning" thing comes from my original username as The Pale Rider which was for some reason changed, but I kinda like it better. Some of the other girls in my church have a bit of a natural tan (at least I pray to the Father in Heaven above that they're natural and that I am not attending the same church as these ungodly women) and I have been pretty much known around my church as "That pale girl with the long brown hair and likes horses". As for my duties as a janitor, I feel as if it's God's calling for me to keep his sanctuary clean and tidy so that others that wish to come into his loving arms feel welcome at his church and this thought has been confirmed through prayer before and after work each day. As for how it involves finding the man God has intended for me, my duties help my future husband to know that his household is in good hands with the floors being mopped and swept, dishes neat and tidy, our future sons looking clean and set apart from the vile things of this world, and his dinner on-time and still hot while he goes off to work saving others. Please let me know if you need any further explanation to any of your questions.

It's clear to me why you don't have a husband yet. You talk to much. Just ask your father or Pastor to arrange a marriage and keep your yap shut when you are introduced to your new husband. Don't wait too long as your timeframe for creating babies for Jesus is limited.

1st Timothy 2:11-12 "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence."

To most "Christians" The Bible is like a license agreement. They just scroll to the bottom and click "I agree". All those "Christians" will burn in Hell!
James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."

Stephanie, you need to find a husband and spend less time flapping your gums. God sees you wasting time. Every unclean month you stand around gossiping you are killing another baby. That goes in your permanent record.
When are you females going to learn it is not about you, it is about Jesus benevolence.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
