You have not shown me hate. But others have. I will not ever heed the call to this god. I follow Wicca because it is a religion of love and light. All the Wiccans I've met have been nothing but kind to me and I've never seen a lick of hate in amy of them. The main rule of Wicca is to harm none. Your bible id full of violence and you heed to that violence by beating your woman and children. Never would harm a child, the thought of hurting another human repulses me. Wicca may be "new" but the practices have been around much longer than Christianity. I follow the worship of the Earth and all Her glory. I worship Her cycles, the cycle of life and death. I belong to Her. I follow the goddess of the moon and Her loving embrace. I follow Wicca because it tells us to honor ourselves because we are special creations. I follow Wicca because it teaches us to love others and to strive to receive each day with perfect love in our hearts. I believe in the Summerland, where I will go when I die and all my impurities will be cleansed so that I may be born again into this world.
I follow my heart and soul, not the cruelties of a book. I follow a path of love, an unfathomable feeling that I have for myself and the people around me. This life is not meant to live in the dark shadow of a merciless god. It's meant to live free and full of light and laughter.
Do what you may, say what you may. My mind will not turn to the thought that I'm "dammed". Living this life in fear would be the worst damnation one could ever have. You make your own hell. I make my own heaven.

I've been nothing but nice and polite and I've received nothing but hate in return. I thought you would want to bring glory to God by teaching an open heart about Him. It seems, though, that all one can do is throw names and hateful comments at me.

You have tried to promote that which the LORD hates. That's Spiritual Terrorism right there. What did you expect in return exactly?

We're trying to help you, dear, not upset you. Granted, it can be upsetting to hear everything you believe is a lie, it may really rattle you emotionally for a time. But learning to live with your eyes wide open, accepting reality for what it is, is far more empowering and satisfying than pretending a fantasy that doesn't exist.

I came on here from a different religion, with an open mind and eager to learn about what this church was about. I wanted to know what made this branch of the church so unique and what your take on the Bible was. I didn't just want to shut myself up in my own religion, I wanted to understand all of them, including yours. I've been nothing but nice and polite and I've received nothing but hate in return. I thought you would want to bring glory to God by teaching an open heart about Him. It seems, though, that all one can do is throw names and hateful comments at me. You say my soul needs to be "saved" but why would I let such hateful beings try to save it? Indeed, though, my soul is no ones business but my own. So I ask you this favor: take me off this site. Delete this user account. Anyone who has the power, please do it or send many pleading emails to your head pastor to remove me.
