    Pulled from the fire by the HAND OF JESUS!

    Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

    I am following the recommendation of the registration email and posting my introduction. I have been a long time watcher lurking without posting, but I finally felt compelled by the spirit of Jesus to register for this site. I feel as if my soul is already being cleansed from the evil satanic filth I have picked up through my life.

    I used to be a heavy drug user, but one day my friend gave me a book...and that book was the bible. As soon as I read the Red Words I felt my heart flutter weightlessly. The thousands of evil satanic weights I had polluted myself with over the years simply vanished. I read the book as if it was the last book on earth; the only book worth ever reading.

    A few months ago I started doing some investigation into Christianity and Science as I was once very interested in studying what most proclaim as 'mainstream science'. I dabbled in the dark arts also known as physics for many years, and I have to be honest I found it very difficult to unchain my mind from the bonds of the Satanic devil nonsense that is modern day science. Needless to say I was drawn towards this site, and the many threads supporting proper, Christian, interpretations of science from the only book of science worth reading; the holy bible.

    I must admit I am still learning what Jesus has to say about science and life. I've not been a Christian all my life, but I am ready to fill my soul with Jesus.

        Welcome aboard, Crazy Cat Lady! My betters here have assured me that my cat has no soul, but I continue to pray fervently that God will give him a soul and that he will accept Jesus Christ as his personal savior so he can spend eternity in Heaven with me.

        My betters have also, however, assured me that once I get to Heaven, I will be completely untroubled by the thought of those who did not make it there with me, so I guess everything will turn out OK one way or the other.

        Regarding your comments about science and physics, I certainly hope you don't believe that we are anti-science here. We would never be against valid science, because legitimate science proves, again and again, that the majesty of God's Word is completely true and correct.

        This is especially true in the world of quantum physics, where we learn that the smallest building blocks of our physical world behave as if they are aware of us watching them:



        Obviously, a quantum particle can not possess awareness, much less know that we are observing it. The inescapable conclusion, of course, is that God set things up this way because He knew that one day we would devise ways of observing quantum particles, and He knew that once we discovered that they were responding to our observations, we would understand this was STUNNING CONFIRMATION of the fact that His universe makes sense, and is built upon the foundation of His consciousness.

        It is as if He left a little calling card for us in the world of sub-atomic particles, a little note saying, "See, here I am, even in the smallest of things!"

        Luke 16:10 makes it clear that God wants us to look at the littlest of things (such as sub-atomic particles) and understand that what is true of them is also true of the biggest things (such as protecting the sanctity of marriage and putting God back into public life):

        He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

          Welcome to the forum, Mary Anne. There's so much more we'd like to know about you. What's your favorite Bible verse? I hope you don't just read the red letters, the words of Jesus. Personally, I don't like red-letter editions. It's all the Word of God. What church do you attend? Have you been baptized yet? What's your marital status? Have you squeezed out any sons for Jesus?
