  • Hello Everyone

    To introduce myself...
I am Episcopalian which is a branch of the Christian belief. I go to Very White Episcopal Church and my favorite bible quote is John 15:9-17.

"As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full. “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another."

It's quite a long quote but the meaning as I interpret it really speaks to me. I'm looking for guidance, I am at a young age. I am 14 and the form of Christianity I am currently being brought up in is quite different to the views of Landover Baptist. I am very open to your views and looking for a clearer and more direct religion and deeper connection to God such as what I see here on the forums. Any suggestions , comments, or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

This is a baptist website. Not espocillian. Please convert to baptism, and read the KJV 1611 Holy bible.

I can see your username is Atheist999. If you were to rotate the numbers around you would get satan's number sequence. I am not looking for guidance from someone who has obviously no relationship with The Lord.

      Romans 1:19
"For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them."

I believe I was brought to this insightful website for guidance and to have been given this gift of direction from The Lord is amazing. However, you are obviously not a TrueChristian.

        Hello Allyson,

Is that the English Standard Version Bible you are using?

        Yours in Christ,

            Re: Hello Everyone

As far as "newer" versions of the Bible it's actually not too bad, but I really think you should get a KJV Bible (it's what we use here).

              Re: Hello Everyone

You should repent of being an Episcoplaian right this minute. They are the worst sort of false Christians. Read about it HERE.

How many queers have "gotten married" in your church? And I'll bet your "pastor" is a female, right?

If you'd like to find out more about Landover Baptist Church, please read THIS thread created especially for new posters.

If you have a question, use the "search" function before posting it. Most likely it is being discussed somewhere on this Godly forum. Please don't waste God's precious bandwidth.

                Re: Hello Everyone

I would encourage you to read from the King James Version, dear.

                Welcome to our friendly forums!

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Thank you sir! I will do that this minute. For my pastor is a woman. This further strengthens my belief in the foundation of Christ you have here. I will go find the such bible you suggested. Thank you for the help.

                    Thank you Mary!
(I am not sure if I am to address you by your first name)
While browsing through some of the threads here on this wonderful website I came across Mrs.Portway and her posts. I observed she is 14, as am I. As you people can most likely tell - I am not married. I was wondering if it was abnormal for me to not be married at this age? Sorry If I am bothersome. Just trying to sort out some confusion I have. - Allyson

Ask your whore pastor how she defends herself from this verse!

                        1 Corinthians 14:34-36
Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

That's a filthy lie. Four people have replied to you already.

(Proverbs 12:22) "Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight."

Do you want to delight Jesus or don't you?

                            Re: Hello Everyone

Oh how I wish I could! However I'm not sure what my parents would do if I took such an action. I do not even "believe" in the satanist views of an episcopalian, it's just that it's the only church I have ever known - so it's what I say. Never again shall I say that because it only shames me and The Lord. I have repented and asked for forgiveness of my sins and my parents. As for my question above for Mary, is she allowed to answer? For I went to the forum post on Episcopal "Religion" you directed me to and I noticed that nobody is allowed to respond or be banned from Landover. I don't wish this upon anyone but I am desperately seeking advice, help, and guidance. Maybe you can answer my question. - Allyson

Mr.Smyth, I'm sorry sir. That was meant for my posts after you kind people had replied to me. I should of been much clearer. I went to the forum post on episcopal religion and saw that anyone who replied to me would be banned from Landover. - Allyson
