The interesting thing about feeling offended, is that it is entirely subjective. I've read each and every post responding to yours, and I cannot find anything that would seem offensive other than the fact that your hinduism isn't being promoted. Perhaps that's what you mean?

Considering you're not being offensive, I will reply. I respect you for being firm in your stand and following bible so strictly. But did you ever consider that the version you are following could have some changes?

The Bible repeatedly records God's promise to preserve His Word, and I believe in a God Who both can and will keep His promises. Your turn: How do you know that the scriptures of your religion accurately record the words of your gods, with no tampering?

You still haven't shown us any proof of hinduism, and I know why: there isn't any. All you have done is try to persuade us through circular logic that the hindu scriptures are divinely inspired because they claim to be. We have shown you the case for Christianity and yet you cling to your belief in the hindu god even though there is no evidence that he even exists. You hold to teachings like karma and reincarnation without any evidence. No one has ever proven that people are reincarnated after death. If you weren't born a hindu, you would be able to see that your scriptures are just a collection of fairytales, just like because you weren't born a muslim, you can probably see the koran is a bunch of lies.

We worship a different God than you do, one who says there is only one way to Him (Jn 14:6). We don't follow or worship your god. Our God's teachings are mutually exclusive with your god's. Which God is right? The God who says there is only one way or the god says there are many. They can't both be right. We know our God is real. If you don't have proof of your god's existence, why do you believe in him?

The problem with these religious fanatics is they can't see how offensive they are to true men of God. They are so convinced that their vision of what is holy is right that they can't even read the Bible and see the Truth®.

Look back through the thread and see how many times he throws doubt onto the word of God to try to weaken our faith. Mark my words, Brother, this one is after your very soul. Be careful if he speaks to you!

He's worse than one of the atheists. They come here trying to erode the rock that our faith is built on as well. As time goes on even the most sneaky of them shows its true colours and starts attacking Jesus.

How many times do we see this "I'm here to ask questions about Jesus... I know nothing about Jesus... Tell me about Jesus..." ploy and then it's all "So your Bible must have been corrupted... You don't really know about God... God isn't real..." It's awful to watch happening but we know we are blessed by the persecution.

Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

The reason we are here is to discuss our faith and our beliefs. Not have someone of your ilk come onto our forum and disgust us with the blasphemy of graven images of heathen (non-Christian) gods.

You don't get to try to whisper into people's ears to try to drag them away from Christ and into worshipping elephants. As to you, I don't hate Jesus or his ways. There are a hundred people claiming they know true ways of Jesus. You are just one of them. Continuing to think that yours is the right one is everyone's own right. Do so if you want. I was not taught to hate anyone. So no hate, thank you.

God teaches us to hate and despise you, so if it's OK with you we'll follow Him and not care a rat's arse what you were taught to think. You are in our (God's) place and don't get to call the shots.

Well done for realising that there are loads of false Christians in the world; that should save us some time.

So... how can we possibly know we are right? Well where are you going to find out aboout God? Where are you going to find out about Jesus? The only information we have at all about Jesus is in the Bible. The only information we have about God is in the Bible.

I wonder where all our totally reliable facts about God's wishes and the words of Jesus come from... Can you guess?

Out of those 100 people, take something from the Bible that you find disgusting. Deuteronomy 22 usually does it.

Ask 99 of those people what it means, and you'll get "it doesn't matter any more, we don't have to follow the law", or "well yes it does say that, but what it really means is...."

Only the TRUE CHRISTIAN™ will say "it says what it means and means what it says.

So should we ignore what the Bible says because 99% of other Christians do?
