My christian history? Alright.
My parents were born and raised christian, and so was I. My crisis of faith came when I was 14 I think. This was just after i recovered from a serious depression. I went to the church with my family, and listened to the Pastor rant about how all non-Christians will burn in hell, and all Christians will go to heaven.

While at church, I thought this:
God doesn't reward the good people, and punish the bad. He rewards the people who believe in him, no matter what they've done, and everybody else he punishes.

Not quite true. God punishes people who sin. Romans 6:23. Romans 5:22. Just to name two.

I completely gave up Christianity, and the belief in god when i came across an old very christian woman beating the crap out of a young boy because he had said "bless you" and not "god bless you" when she sneezed. Yes, the boy was white and christian, so was the old woman.

Smart lady. She reads Deuteronomy 5:11. God will reward her good works. Praise!

They have during that time:

You're on very shaky ground. Let me explain to you how being unsaved trash works when you die.

You're dead. Whether due to your own disgusting sinning or the Lords divine will, you are dead. Instantly your soul begin falling towards the black abyss above Hell. The falling seems eternal as you gather speed and the heat begins to grow. Then you notice a red dot below you growing larger by the second, this is the Lake in the center of Hell. It is the brightest point in Hell therefore it is visible for a great distance. Keep in mind that the farther you fall, the further from Christ you are.

You are instantly vaporized and reformed as a tormented soul writhing in absolute terror in the deafening depths of the Lake that Burns Eternal. The pain is beyond comprehension as you gnash your teeth so hard they shatter in your mouth. Satan periodically plucks you from the flames to savagely rape you repeatedly and casually tosses you to his infernal minions to rip apart and rape at will, only to be reformed and have this scenario repeated...over and over and over, forever.

You poor thing. You really are a perpetual victim, aren't you. They've never done anything mean to me. I mean they shout and they wail at me because I'm going to get married soon to my darling Shania and there's nothing they can do about it because I live in a forward thinking country.

They're just being honest about the contents of the bible. They don't realise that those of us who worship Jesus properly know which bits to disregard because they're just nasty and obviously written by bad men trying to keep women like slaves.

There is NO "neutral" stance. You have a belief about the existence of God, whether you wish to admit it or not. The only way to not have an opinion is to be unaware of the concept of God.

It's easy: do you live your life as if God is real? If so, you're theist. If not, you're atheist.

Don't worry about offending anyone here by saying you don't believe.

Refusing to state your beliefs (or even admit them to yourself) just pisses Jesus off:

Oh no, dear. You cannot go about not believing in Jesus. He loves you too much to let you not believe in Him. It's just you have to believe in Him in the right way. These people are just wrong about how Jesus wants us to be because they follow a bible that was twisted by men to hate women. Modern feminist preachers like me have seen through this and are ready to guide you in how to follow Jesus in the right ways. We know how to get the right meaning out of the bible. It doesn't have to be hateful at all.

The only thing that makes sense is to join a feminist church and learn about how Jesus wanted you to treat women well and to respect people who are gay.
