Wicca is Presbyterian?Originally posted by Maike Lorenzen View PostWiccan didn't, but celtics did and Wiccas are like the modern celtic religion.
I mean my Husbands parents came directly from Scotland and they're Presbyterian, as were their parents and their parents.
Oh, and looking at Celtic superstition, which I believe evolved from Celtic witchcraft. It isn't all "love and nature". Pixies, Faries, and Elves were not cute things to imagine when high, they were nasty little creatures that had to be dealt with like a rat infestation.Drama queen

Did I ever claim that nature is all fancy and fairy tale-like? I know that nature also has nasty sides.
Why don't you take a look at this: http://www.wicca.org/Exodus 22:18

Re: Merry Meet, Christians
Welcome Maike. I personally am an agnostic deist myself, and I believe that Jesus and perhaps other religious prophets from the past were simply aliens from another planet. Their messages were probably distorted big-time by institutions like the Vatican and Landover Craptist.Originally posted by Maike Lorenzen View PostMerry Meet!
My name is Maike Lorenzen, I am from the nothernmost part of Germany, Sleswick-Holsatia or, in our language, Schleswig Holstein. I am 20 years old and working parttime as model and as wholesaler in a small company. Besides that, I am a Wicca since I am 16. I read your forum rules and I am not here to debate or to argue with any of you. I hope we can get along at least a little bit.
My reason for being here is to learn more about the bible, historially, ethically and of course to praise God with you, as all Gods are one.
And before any arguments start here, I just want to say: I believe in the Goddess and the horned God and in nature and you believe in Jesus Christ, your saviour. Maybe I am right, maybe you are right. Both of us are convinced that our way is the right one, but before you just come here to tell me that I'll go to hell: Save your time. I won't believe in Jesus Christ, since my heart is already given to another religion. As I said, maybe I am wrong and I will go to hell, but then I will take the consequences as they come, since I don't deserve it better. But well, I am who I am.
Nevertheless, I am excited to know some of you and to learn more about history, religion and cultures.
Oh, of course: I've never attended any church in my life, but I read the bible. Just because I don't believe in it, doesn't mean I need to have a lack of knowledge
My favourite verse is this: 1 Corinthians Chapter 13:13:
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

You only think that because you don't know the actual explanation behind such things. Learn, and things won't seem so magical any more. They'll seem wonderful just as they are!Originally posted by Maike Lorenzen View PostYou know, I don't pretend it is something magical, my dear Mrs Etheldreda. It is magical!
You can read all about it here!
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

That right there is your true intention - sexual deviance - second only to worshipping and praising Lucifer. Typical child of darkness.Originally posted by Maike Lorenzen View PostI can't even count how many, Mrs Etheldreda. If you would like, I could teach you some, but the powerful ones are secrets and only allowed to be shared within the coven. Even though I think a christian woman like you won't be much interested in spells or potion.
One of my favourite ones is a potion, which causes euphoria and which looses mental blockades. In a high dose, it can actually also be used for sexual activities. Main ingredient: damiana

You've "given your heart" to how many boys, in the years you've been sexually active?
You told the first boy you'd given him your heart, and would love him forever. But another came along, and you told him the same thing.
And another, and another, and another.
This searching and yearning was all but the road to where you find yourself today....in the presence of The Right...True Christianity™.
Do not squander this chance, my girl. Other boys may come for you...but the Blessed Father™? Sometimes he only asks once.
You think about that.

You know what? I took my time to think about your words and I actually read the KJV bible again and, to be honest... I don't want to go to hell. You are right, maybe God is the only one who can save me after all. What is, if I was wrong all the time? If I was just this blind?
By the way, I have read about a great man called Chris Harper. I think he is a true christian too and I love what he was doing for the christians all the time. When I saw what it's like, I got the wish to become one of them too and change the world to a better place for God... but my fiance said, he doesn't want a christian woman. :SExodus 22:18

Re: Merry Meet, Christians
By the way, guys, I thought a lot about it and my coven brought me back to sane mind, so I am convinced now that I cannot ever be a christian. But I like what you do and you are entertaining, so I will stay for a bit and watch your actions on this forum. It's real fun
