No. God made the lesser races (specifically the Negro) through Noah, when Ham was peeping at his father as he slept in his tent. And no surprise, most spades are sexually deviant.

If you were a Christian you would know what God thinks about race-mixing. Show me a man who thinks race-mixing is not an abomination unto God, and I'll show you a man who hasn't read Ezra 9-10.

Ezra 10:3 Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.
