  • Born to be small, but belong to Jesus!

I am a born again Christian and I live in the United Kingdom. I happen to have dwarfism, which means that I have restricted growth and short arms and legs, but by the grace of Jesus I was saved when I was 14 and baptised by immersion later. I believe that your posts about "midgets" not being accepted by Christ is totally wrong. Those verses that have been quoted condemning people like me are totally wrong. When Christ died John 3 v16 he died for ALL and because he Loved us all.

Also in Psalm 139, it tells me that I was "fearfully and wonderfully made, and knitted together in my mother's womb" God knew about me before I was born.

One of your Pastors, Billy Reuben has condemned people like me. I would like to ask the question, how would he or others of your so called fellowship react if a child was born into your family born with a dwarfism condition. Around 60 children are born a year and 80% of those born to average height parents, like Billy Reuben and most members of your fellowship I assume. Your response to my emails, I am still awaiting. Perhaps you would like to respond now on this forum. Thank you. I just wish the God and Jesus that I worship was your friend too.

Why don't you pray to Jesus for a cure?

This is total nonsense. Christ didn't die for all and He didn't love all. Please study the entire Bible before you start talking nonsense about it.

Some of the many facts from the Bible you are clearly ignoring:
      • Almost everyone will go to Hell. (Matthew 7:13-14)
      • We have to follow 100% of God's laws. (James 2:10)
      • Those who don't believe, go to Hell. No exceptions. No mercy. (Mark 16:16, Revelation 21:8, John 15:6, John 14:6)
      • Jesus hates sinners. (Proverbs 6:16-19, Hosea 9:15, Matthew 13:41-42, Deuteronomy 12:31)
      • Jesus is not all about peace. (Matthew 10:34-37, Luke 14:26)

Jesus (The Son of man) will utterly destroy everyone who offends Him:

      Matthew 13:41-42
      King James Version (KJV)

      41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
5 Reasons why GOD HATES WOMEN!
To most "Christians" The Bible is like a license agreement. They just scroll to the bottom and click "I agree". All those "Christians" will burn in Hell!
James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."

Well to start with, any decent Christian Mother wouldn't birth such a monstrosity, I bet your tiny little hands smell of cabbage. But if it did happen (it wouldn't) I would simply put it up for adoption or dump it at walmart.

It's not an issue of "love," but fellowship. A dwarf isn't allowed to enter into the congregation of God in service (Lev 21:18-20). As to whether or not they can be saved, it doesn't appear so (would God want to look at those defective units He made for all eternity if not in church for a few hours???)

That is beside the point. God Himself, for some unknown reason, makes the defectives, too (see Exodus 4:11; Isaiah 45:7). But that doesn't mean they are His favorites or that He has the same destiny for them as He does His ideal servants.

Knowing Brother Billy-Reuben, he'd do the right thing by praying for that child--and of course, not let them into the sacred assembly.

We don't make the rules. We just enforce them.

Okay, and that's 60 children per year who are not going to be at our churches this (or any) Sunday.

I am replying to ALL these posts on mass, as it would take me for too long to reply individually. Firstly to the lady who suggested I pray for a cure. There is no cure.... take a look up the condition achondroplasia, and it will tell you it is something that you are born with, due to lack of cartilege growth. There is cosmetic surgery, which I have chosen not to have, because I know God loves me for the person I am, it says in the bible that "Man looks on the outside, but God looks on the heart" Praise His name for that.

I cannot believe that you seem to think that you are true followers of Jesus, I am afraid not the loving Jesus that I follow. your whole website is wicked and very very sad. I will pray that you will one day realise that God loves us no matter what. He longs for us to be with him in his Kingdom one day. I have been truly blessed, God provided me with a loving husband and two sons. We lead active lives in our community and our home.
I am very very sad for you people, that you dont know the love for my fellow christians that I know.

Nonsense. If you would be a true followers of Jesus, you would know there is no limit to what Jesus can do. You clearly lack faith. The undisputable proof is in the Holy Bible, which you probably use to wipe your tiny behind.

Every child knows God will answer ALL prayers: "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." (Matthew 21:22)

There is NO limit to what God can do: "And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God." (Luke 18:27)

So the only person to blame for your disgusting appearance is YOU for lacking fate in Jesus Christ and refusing to pray for a cure.

Yes, it does (in 1 Sam 16:7), but that point isn't contested. What seems to be contested to you is that God can give Commandments and if they have physical implications, then it doesn't matter. But that is false since God commanded Naaman to wash 7 times in the Jordan river to be rid of his leprosy, and upon coming up the seventh (not sixth, etc) time, he was clean (2 Kings 5:10-14). Baptism is another commandment God gives that must be obeyed (Acts 2:38; Mark 16:16).

You can't wish away the rest of the Scriptures by quoting one verse.

Paul said in 2 Tim. 1:12: For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

Is it wrong for one to KNOW they are a Christian?!

                      Wrong...

Psalm 11:5: The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

                      Who? Everyone? No, certainly not...

John 6:44: No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Jude 1:4: For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 16:4: The Lord hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Romans 11:44: What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

Matthew 20:23: And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.
