If you do go on, kindly preview your posts and edit as necessary so they make better sense. As far as True Christians ruling the earth, this much is true (Revelation 5:10). Why, one of our very first responsibilities will be to judge the very angels (1 Corinthians 6:2-3)! That will be so awesome, don't you think? But as far as eternity, you seem to be confused, dear. You see, the LORD will reward us with new, immortal bodies (1 Corinthians 15:42-44; Revelation 21:4). Our Heavenly reward has not yet been delivered to us, we can know with confidence, because we do not yet see God and are not yet like him (1 John 3:2). But True Christians™ can be confident in expecting these rewards after Jesus' Glorious Return!

As far as Mr. Much having no wisdom, that is true, for the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 1:7), and he has no fear of the LORD. However, he is a crafty fellow, and is surprisingly knowledgeable in the Word of God. He is not an easy target for evangelism. Pastor Ezekiel has been working with him personally, trying to lay hands on him for years now, but Mr. Much seems to avoid these loving advances. We keep him in our prayers of course, that the Holy Ghost may show him he is wrong and we are right.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Yeah, that pretty much proves that there was a "first age" billions of years ago.

Just mentioning chapters in the Bible does not make your case in any way, shape or form. Cite the verses that contain the "proof" of your claim, and explain WHY your interpretation is correct.

And: PROOFREAD. There's a "Preview Post" button available underneath the box where you type in your response. USE IT. If your meaning is not clear, and someone misunderstands it (because of the grammatical, spelling, or other errors your posts are rife with), it is YOUR failure, not theirs.

And yes, I know that the Bible says that no man has gone to Heaven. I also know that it implies Enoch went there (perhaps you'd like to take this chance to offer an alternate explanation for Genesis 5:24, do your best to make it at least semi-coherent) and it EXPLICITLY states that Lazarus (from the rich man and Lazarus story, not the raised-from-the-dead Lazarus) IS in Heaven. But that blatant contradiction is only a problem for me; being without faith, I lack the "discernment" to understand that someone could be in Heaven and not at the same time if the Bible says they are, because there couldn't be anything in the Bible which contradicts something else in the Babble because it's God's perfect word and all that. So maybe you could help me understand that bit?

You're correct Brother Moss, according to Revelation 21:8 the Lake of Fire is sulfur (brimstone).

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

        - Revelation 21:8
As to the exact temperature of Hell, that is a little more complex. We have our God mockers out there that claim that Heaven is hotter than Hell (http://www.greatplay.net/uselessia/a...avenhhell.html), but as usual the atheists and God mockers just don't know their science very well. Their assumption is that hell can't be any hotter than the vaporization temperature of sulfur - which is obviously wrong. That would be like saying your gas oven can't get any hotter than the vaporization temperature of natural gas (-256 deg F).

The meddlesome nanny state Federal Government has required that the fuel used in Hell have a MSDS (excerpted below) that can assist us in at least setting a lower bound for the temperature of hell. We can see that the vaporization temperature of sulfur is 832 deg F.

The upper bound is a complicated thing to calculate because we don't know how big Hell really is or the thermal conductivity properties of its boundaries. We do know that the adiabatic flame temperature of burning sulfur is 3,089 deg F - which is, as you pointed out, pretty damn hot.

        SULFUR MSDS

        FLASH POINT: 405 deg F
        AUTOIGNITION TEMPERATURE: 450 deg F
        BOILING POINT: 832 deg F
        MELTING POINT: 235 to 248 deg F
        VAPOR PRESSURE: 4x10-6 mm Hg @ 86 deg F

How will we be able to reign on earth after it has been destroyed by fire?

2 Pet 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
sigpicMt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
