If you had told your father of your doubt back then, he could have pounded the fear of God back into you with the rod of correction and saved you from an eternity of thrashing around in hellfire. What a shame...

Why? We've already won (Romans 8:37; Rev 2:10). We're just waiting for the great feast of birds on the carcasses of the fallen unsaved, pending the final days of the Great Tribulation (see Matthew 24:21; Revelation 19:17-21).Originally posted by NaturalOutcast View PostGive it your best shot. Hi there! Welcome to our friendly forums! If you’d be so kind as to introduce yourself, we’d love to greet you properly. Make an Introduction for yourself here. Tell us what church you go to, what your favorite Bible verse is, and how you came to find Jesus in this wicked, dark world. For your convenience, you can read this primer for noobs. If you'd like to share your opinion, kindly provide the Scripture in which the LORD says it first. Please be courteous and mind your manners. If you find something offends you, refer to this helpful essay for advice. Professor Enobarbus explains Landover Baptist's universal declaration of rights on our forum.

Because it should have an (r) . God is the only path to salvation. Many false churches claim to offer salvation, but only God's favourite church can truly offer salvation.Originally posted by Magnolia View Postwhy salvation have ®?!?

First of all, this is NOT a debate forum. We're right and you're wrong, according to Jesus and the Holy Word of God. Please read THIS thread before making an even bigger fool of yourself.Originally posted by NaturalOutcast View PostGive it your best shot. I fail to see why your site has been feeling the need to bash people of other religion, sexual orientation, lifestyle choices, etc.
Let's see your true point of views.
I came from a baptist background but realized a talking snake was a bit out of order in my earliest of years(11).

Secondly, while the internets might seem to be "free" to you, this particular corner of the internets is a privately owned Christian forum. The rights you have on this forum are listed HERE. Please contact a Pastor immediately if you feel that any of your rights have been violated.
Finally, your unsaved opinions or tantrums are not even slightly of interest to us. We follow the Holy Word of God TO THE LETTER, and make no apologies for that. One of the most important commandments in the Bible tells us to avoid unsaved scum such as yourself. You wandered in here uninvited, and unwelcome .
If you want to debate people, THIS is the place to go.

Re: I'm atheist, convince me.
1) Read the Bible. It claims to be the inspired word of God; therefore it is.Originally posted by NaturalOutcast View PostConvince me.
2 Tim 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2) Go outside and take a look around you. The Bible tells us that everything that exists is proof that the God of the Bible exists. If you want to disprove God's existence, you would have to prove that everything that exists doesn't exist.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
3) Where do you think your conscience, your innate sense of right and wrong came from?
Rom 2:14-15 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another)
Yet as an atheist and therefore an evolutionist, you no doubt believe we're all just talking monkeys. If you really believe you're just an animal, why don't you turn yourself in to animal welfare or wildlife services?I came from a baptist background but realized a talking snake was a bit out of order in my earliest of years(11).

Re: I'm atheist, convince me.
Friend, you come here and make outlandish demands and wild assertions along with truly bizarre claims.
You claim to be an atheist. Which means, to make such a choice in life, I'd like to think you made such a decision after careful thought and consideration. Apparently, you made it on a whim, much like a child sitting in the seat of a shopping cart, wants the bauble next to the cereal box.
I tried to 'dumb it down' for you but it seems, even that was too much complexity.

It's you who needs to educate yourself as there's an entire section of the forum dedicated to explaining why Catholics are not Christians. I've given you a helpful link to help start your education process.Originally posted by NaturalOutcast View PostLooking around your site you do not truly know what Christianity is. Catholics are Christians as it is a denomination of Christianity. Same as protestant, methodist, etc. I'd love to see your counter argument but I'm sure the next one word reply you post will be just a simple no.

Re: I'm atheist, convince me.
You're making a lot of wrong assumptions, but I'll address only the most egregious.
1. You think fear drives us, WRONG. I'm not afraid of queers or dying or other religions. I'm driven by my love for Jesus.

2. I don't bash anyone and I don't hate anyone: GOD DOES. People will come here and ask "Why are you damning people to Hell?" and I'm like excuse me? Hello? Waaaaaaay above my paygrade!

3. That tiny spark you mentioned? Everyone has that, EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON EARTH. That is the spark that causes atheists on their deathbed to cry out for the forgiveness of Jesus.
Does He listen? You bet He does! But what happens if you are physically unable to cry out, or a forklift suddenly falls on your head?
BOOM!!! Outta luck, pal.

Yours in Christ,
Z. Smyth
