  • God Spoke To Me In a Dream

    Hello all.

I am here unfortunately to say that I think I am not a Christian. I have raised myself without parent or influence of God, because I was never taught. Last week, a voice that could not be seen entered my dreams and spoke the words, There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. I have never heard these words before, and since then I have been doing my best to study the bible and have found that these words to be a part of the book Galatians.

How did this happen? What does this mean? Did God really speak to me? Like I said I have never heard these words before. What do they mean?

Hello! Welcome to this forum!!!! It's great to have you here, and hopefully after a shirt time here you will be SAVED!M hallelujah and SHOUT GLORY

Beginners steps to becoming a good Christian. There are obviously a lot of steps, but here are some starters for you

    1. Read the bible (KJV of course!)
    2. Try to follow all the rules set out in the bible. I say try because it will take a while to accustom yourself to them. I know it is especially hard for athiest women (1 Timothy 2:12 can take some getting used to for sinners)
    3. A important thing is to start fulfilling your gender role. If you are a female, try to find a husband (depends on your age) and do everything he says. Stop going to school, or if you have a job, quit it. As a women you should stay side and cook and clean and look after all your babies!! If you are male, get a job so you can provide for your wife, and also, start making little soldiers for Christ.
    Babies are VERY important!
    Gen 1:22
    Gen 1:28
    Gen 8:17
    Gen 9:1
    Gen 9:7
That's not even all of the examples from GENESIS!

I don't really want to answer your other questions, about how it happend and what it means, as I think that would be best left for a pastor or a very intelligent true Christian to answer.
    Atheists! Make the right choice!
    or
    It should be obvious.
Come stand with us, with Christians, with Jesus, in eternal glory in heaven instead of agony in hell. You won't regret it!

It is hard to tell, because You did not give all the information that is asked when you write here. Try to read the instructions again, if it is hard, we can give you a simplified version written all capitals.

Your question is very easy to answer, if you give the information needed.

      Thank you

You cannot pick and choose one paragraph of the Bible and expect it to be explained. This is like picking one item from the salad bar, putting it on a plate, and asking us to discuss it as if it is the whole meal. The whole meal is the whole salad bar. Read 2 Timothy 3:16.

Read the Bible starting with Genesis 1:1. Let us know when you finish and we will be happy to discuss.

Finally, let me comment on your user name. It is really, really stupid. First, the book of the Bible is called Revelation, not Revelations. There was only one revelation by John, in many parts, all described in the Revelation. Second, Chapter 5 only has 14 verses. Stop being an idiot or we may have to change your user name to Psalm 38:5.
"Come Unto Me. Put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath." (Matthew 19:14, Job 1:11).

          How do you do!

Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

That is John 5:25. A wonderful, wonderful verse!

You have chosen a Biblical-sounding username, but there is no verse Revelation 5:25. The Chapter is not that long. The verse John 5:25 however parallels the Book of Revelation.

This is interesting, as you allegedly do not know the Bible.

Coincidences, premeditated confusion, consummation of your hopes, future cooperation or coercion into eternal furnace? As of now, all these possibilities remain open. You choose what to tell. I'm still confused. Enlighten us!

          Matthew 24:44
Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

No time waste! No idle games or riddles!

          Yours in Christ,

          Elmer

Well it could mean you are simply having a psychotic episode over some personal crises were you are having delusions God is speaking to you. Your claims that you have never heard or read that verse before are extremely unlikely.

            or

It could be that your sins have offended God to the point that He is on the edge of smiting you in some horrible fashion, most likely death by bear, and this dream is one last chance before God sanctions the hit.

I would take no chances friend; crazy can be cured, God's Wrath can't. Get down on your knees, repent of your depravity and accept Jesus and His unconditional love as your personal savior before Christ has your killed!

Thank you friends. I am very confused as to what this means. I do not have any history of mental illness as far as I know, but how can I truly know for sure! I am curious to hear from more members, but for now I will continue to read! I am a male, by the way!

I would generally agree with this viewpoint. However I don't see any way that I could have heard this before. I do not know any bible verses by heart, and this one was ingrained in my memory as I awoke. Very, very confusing to me. Not being religious I had no idea what it could mean!

Like I said - it might be God is giving your one last warning before God orders a she bear to tear your screaming body to shreds. Do you want to risk that? Of course not! Turn to Jesus now!

                      1 Thessalonians 5:10
Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

You see, it's really not about sleep. You ask for explanations. You should embrace instead. You wish to challenge but you should submit. It's that simple. You don't have to understand but to choose.

Sleep. So interesting. We sleep and then we die, perchance we dream. We're made of the dreamstuff of God with the Big Sleep behind and ahead our little lives. The one behind is beyond our influence, the one ahead not. He that gets his sleep ahead with God feels not the tooth-ache of life. What about the one who refuses?

In this ghastly night of life there's a jewel.

                      1 Corinthians 15:51

Hello and welcome to our friendly forums! Are you a philosophy major, perchance? I ask because most men who have real jobs don't have the time to sit and scratch their heads about something that really doesn't matter. The question you should be asking yourself is:

Where do I want to spend eternity?

God is making you an offer you can't afford to refuse (John 3:18).

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I guess I can understand how many of you think that this doesn't matter. You must understand as a person of originally no belief, that hearing the word of god in your dream may come as some surprise. I am continuing to read as much as I can! Nearly all day today!

Hallelujah! The more you read, the more you believe!

All this time reading the Holy Word means you're spending less time entertaining Satan. Tell us, what sins are you leaving behind as you follow the Holy Ghost towards Salvation? What offenses against the Sweet Infant Jesus have you heretofore ignored in your quest to scatter your favors to foreign gods under every spreading tree (Jeremiah 3:13)? It's okay to confess your sins here. It's good for the soul (Romans 10:9)!

                              Greetings to all,

This word´s, that you say you hear, is from the Bible Galatians 3:28, and it means, that we Christian should all be like one body, which head is Jesus Christ.

And if you really hear those words, than it must be from the God, and he want to wake you obedience to his word, which is the Lord Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

I exhort to you learn more about our Lord, and to do that, start the Bible reading from Gospels: Matthew. Mark. Luke, and John.

Whole Bible is good to read, but Gospel is the place to start, so you get know our Lord.

And may God Almighty bless you, and the others in yours repentance in our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

                              Sincerely to you all
