Re: You don't HAVE to do 'it' on the honeymoon

1 Corinthians 7:1Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. 2Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
3Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
4The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.
5Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.
6But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.
7For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.
8I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I.
9But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

Here, Paul recommends to avoid having sex, but if you can't control yourself, get married. So the answer to your question is yes.

What are you babbling about? Sex is necessary to produce more soldiers for Christ.
But sex outside of marriage is a sin. Even in marriage, for any reason other than to have a baby and not between a husband and a wife, meaning a man and a woman, is wrong.
      Matthew:
5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled
10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

That is just not appropriate for a church forum. Also, the crazy clown avatar is giving me nightmares.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

You've been abstaining all this time. Why stop now? You're going to be spending the rest of your life with this person, right? Would it not be depraved to just rush into the physical relations?

JESUS went His entire life on Earth without so much as glancing at His naughty parts, and He would be most pleased if you could demonstrate the same kind of commitment to purity.

I'm new here and this just happened to be the first thread I saw, so here's my take on this.

          Dear Bob4God,
You'd best give your wife some loveing on the honeymoon, to not would be setting the stage for a very, very rocky marriage. Do you want her to think you are not man enough for her? You'd best prove to her that you are the man she thought you were by loveing her all night and every night, and a good part of the day, during the honeymoon. This will bond you to each other. My wife and I have been married for 13 years and we are still on our honeymoon.

And how do you know that Jesus went his entire life without so much as glancing at his "naughty" parts? Were you there? He was a child at one time, and children are curious. He did have a human body and humans need to eat and drink therfore they need to perform all the necessary bodily functions, right?

Bob, you need to get a grip on reality.

You are sadly mistaken, sir. While Jesus had a human body, he was MORE THAN HUMAN, so why do you think he would do depraved human actions like fiddling with his ding dong? He was a child at one time, yes, but he was more than a child.

SPACESHIP JESUS IS MAN AND GOD AND MACHINE. In his human form he appears as "Astronaut Jesus" and in his spacecraft form "Spaceship Jesus". ALL SPACETIME, MATTER, AND ANTI-MATTER EMANATE FROM A KALEIDOSCOPIC SPHERE EXISTENCE-CREATION DRIVE DEEP IN THE BOWELS OF SPACESHIP JESUS'S ENGINE ROOM.

So tell me, if we are discussing such a Divinity, why would he be doing the same lowly things of corporeal human temptation?

SPACESHIP JESUS appeared to me in Astronaut form when I was staying in a motel in 1974. He then told me the TRUTH about our world and what illusions the SATANIC ALLIANCE uses to control us! To this day, I still receive SPACESHIP RADIO SIGNALS INTO MY BRAIN. Absolve yourself of your limited Matrix existence.

Sex for pleasure is wrong. Period. The only reason God made feel OK was to ensure it would happen. I do not think you have to have sex on the honeymoon. I feel once you are married, there is a period of time you need to 'test drive' the wife, make sure she is a good woman, behaves and does not need a lot of straightening out. Then consummate the marriage to produce offspring to do Gods work and help with the chores.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

You shouldn't have had that done to yourself. In the Bible, when Onan tried a more primitive form of what your are trying to accomplish (he spilled his seed on the ground rather than inside the woman to impregnate her) God killed him. I mean instantaneously just struck Onan down dead. Now, God obviously has had more mercy on you, so you need to get that nauseating procedure reversed ASAP.

You are killing the unborn. you will burn in hell for every spermazoa you have denied Gods will to. The sexual act with out consumation is wrong. It is a dirty deed that the Lord has us do to remain humble and is soley for procreation. To alter your organ in any way that is not accidental (in which case God wanted it so) is the same as cold blooded murder. You probably wanted to be able to be a promiscuous gay B-fer and not leave a trace behind.

A vasectomy procedure? I hate to inform you pal, but this implies that another man touched your tallywacker during the operation, which therefore means that you are a HOMOSEXICAL

So, yes, if your honeymoon isn't then, you should hold on. SEX IS FOR REPRODUCTION AND NOTHING ELSE!

Actually, women ovulate PRIOR to menstruating. In fact, if reproduction is your goal, it's when your wife is ovulating that you WANT to have sex. Ovulation is when a woman releases an egg from her ovaries; menstruation occurs about 14 days after ovulation.
