Gay marriages... now in Iowa!

Well, it looks like same sex marriages are legal in Iowa now. You know, the state where Freehold is. Couple questions on that.

First, what are you doing about it?

Second, more importantly, how is it hurting your heterosexual marriages that gays and lesbians are getting married now.

I've been sending letters to my representatives every week that contain Bible verses about how we're supposed to KILL gays, not let them get married. I also attach pictures of Matthew Shepard to them and draw little flames around his face to look like he's in hell. You have to grab your representatives attention if you want them to take you seriously.

As far as the devastating effects, I can tell that gay marriage is putting strain on my GODly marriage. There is so much tension in my home now, what with me and Mrs. Fore just waiting for a gay gang to kick in our door and force us to engage in sodomy with members of our own sex! I've had to smack Mrs. Fore a few times for leaving the door unlocked at night. That's when they come for you, while you're asleep.

Take it up with the Almighty. We didn't write the first chapter of Romans; we just believe in it.

Also, consider the societal effects of granting homers the special privilege of equality. Greece invented sodomy, and its society collapsed and has had no effect on anything coming after it. Rome tolerated queers beginning in the Late Republic period, ending in 27 B.C.; shortly after that, in A.D. 476, the Roman Empire fell, again with no effect on anything coming after it. China also tolerated the "passion of the cut sleeve," and where is China today?

Today, China basically owns America. Most of our products are made in China (which is what most labels say), therefore we cannot function without China. If they don't make our products, then we can't sell them. America would be in the poorhouse without China. If we were to go to war with China, we could not afford it. America might be able to pick itself up (unlikely), but not quick enough for a war. So, where is China today? They're owning America, even if it looks like America is in charge.

It just so happens I know a couple, John and Dennis, who are both professors at University of Iowa (John is a visual studies professor, Dennis is a African-American studies professor. John is White, Dennis is African-American and they love each other very much. Even though I initially had a hard time accepting Dennis's decision to marry a White man, I've come to see that John is deep down a good man, despite the fact that of his Whiteness.

So maybe these crazy Christians will get their noses out of their Bibles and see what REAL TRUE LOVE looks like. Seeing how happy John and Dennis are in the picture will melt anyone's heart. How could something so beautiful and pure be a Sin?

They are a very romantic couple, I might add. Last time I visited them in Iowa, John excused himself to the restroom and then Dennis followed him. My friend discovered them 10 minutes later going at it like wild dogs in heat in the furthest stall in the bathroom! They're such love birds!
