I know some of our younger Sisters are not that good at baking yet or simply pressed for time.

Here is a wonderful example of a beautiful, yet easy wedding cake idea. All you need are a few boxes of Twinkies, Ho Hos Ding Dongs and Snowballs.

It's lovely and delicious! Use your imagination and be creative!

I guess our sweet lil Sister Sue is craving ham again. But she did remind me of one of my favorites... How about a Pineapple Upside Down Wedding Cake. I wonder if its ever been done. You know, if I were to relive my wedding again, I think I'd just skip that naughty old honeymoon and spend a week eating cake instead!

I think it is, Bobby-Joe, but Mr. Thyme fails to see the humor in his brother's being beaten senseless by his irate bride with an hors d'oeuvres platter and by her father with the butt of his .357. (For which, of course, he has a proper license so that it is perfectly legal to carry concealed on his person.)

I find it odd to eat cake instead of doing God's will in procreation. If you raise a child from his will, then he or she should surely grow to be a child of God. Innocently born to be as innocent when of age is a grand challenge to show God love!

Cake is a symbol of bounty and fertility. It should be honored as a symbol and a tradition. It is our way of showing respect to the creator for providing us with the things that we so often take for granted.
