Wow, I just do not know where to even begin. You might think that it is rude of me to come to your forum, NOT POSTING AN INTRODUCTION, and just try and defend my country that I love so much, but I have been very offended by the ignorance on this thread so I feel obligated to say something.
Basically what I find most irritating is how you refuse to have the decency to address my people and my country by proper names without confusing us with other European and Sandinavian nations. You might think that because you are such a vast nation, everything smaller than you should not be called a country, but that is not how it is. Sweden is a country where we are Swedes and speak Swedish. Norway is another, where they are Norwegians and speak Norwegian. Denmark is one seperate country where they are Danes and speak Danish. In Finland they are Finns and speak Finnish. They are all a part of the REGION (note difference) of Scandinavia but are all individual countries. Switzerland, is a rather small COUNTRY in the southwest of Europe where they speak German, French and Italian. Naturally, it borders with France, Germany and Italy (I have already posted in the how sweden is different from switzerland thread how they differ so i do not feel like saying it all again).

I am an atheist and I am very proud and glad to be Swedish. We have political and religious freedom, we have great FREE education, we have one of the best welfare systems in the world, we have an extremely low poverty rate, and we are simply brilliant. The IKEA catalogue which it seems some of you are referring to as a satanic book for some reason, does not contain any kind of satanic references at all. All but one piece of furniture in my room are from IKEA and they are a great value. IKEA lets you decorate your home fashionably without ruining your economy, they are great. I have friends who are religious and go to church, and are loving people, but I have more friends who do not believe in God and who are just as wonderful.
And about us being depressed, killing ourselves more than anyone else, Sweden and the US HAVE THE SAME SUICIDE RATES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, stop using it as an argument. Start finding REAL evidence and facts for you accusations, and stop using a book that is probably as real as (It makes me chuckle to imagine your shocked faces crying god forbid reading) the Harry Potter books.

That is pretty much what I have to say, Thank you if you read it all.

So I've wasted abit of my time reading your forum thread and my conclusion is that you know nothing at all about the glorious country of Sweden. Here are some true facts about Sweden.

1. Saab is owned by Spyker but also creates parts for alot of Americas jet engines.
2. Julbocken hasn't been the symbol for christmas in Sweden in a very long time, Nowadays they use the Americanized Santa Claus.
3. Suicide clinics do not exist in Sweden, Suicide is actually illegal there.
4. Sweden is not the only country to have the so called Pride Festival... The US and Germany are a few of the others that also have it.
5. Sweden does promote free will and that includes freedom of religion and sexual preferences.
6. Human sacrifice and animal cruelty is strictly illegal in Sweden.
7. Swedish males are not missing their balls, Most of them are born with a pair.
8. The pronographics industry and the church does not have any affiliation.
9. American did not defeat Germany in WWII, Russia saved europe from the Nazis.
10. Anal sex existed long before Agneta Fältskog. Kama Sutra anyone?
11. Sweden is not communistic, Or government is rightwing.
12. Sweden does not promote homosexuality in any way, Sweden allows anyone to be the person they want to be aka. FREE WILL.
13. Sweden has not been in any major armed conflict for over a 100 years.

Conclusion: I would say that God loves Sweden more then he loves many other countries... Not that I believe in any higher force.

Hopefully you will all answer to this little fact collection in a good manner.

There should have been an upper limit on number of countries there are; these pesky folks from “iberian penisula” (or whatever they call their place nowadays) can’t just make up new ones out of thin air.

Jesus did not do anything, I visited a lovely site, existenz.se, looking for something to entertain myself with, and that is how i found the forum. But I would not recommend you to visit the site since 20% of content is pornography and such.

First of all they're not Swiss and no they do not put suicide victims in jail or give them fines... When a person is dead there's no need to judge them... Secondly attempted suicide can result in a sentence to forced psychiatric help and so on if the court thinks it's neccessary. Your response is ignorant and are just making yourself look really stupid.
