Evelyn Burgess, 42, told police that Pickens showed up at her house in an outfit that "was inappropriate and disrespectful to wear at Easter dinner," said Columbus homicide detective Steven Eppert.

Burgess and Danielle Pickens fought before Pickens walked outside and got into a car in front of the Linden-area house.

Burgess followed, pointed a handgun at her 19-year-old second cousin and shot her in the head, according to police.

It wouldn't be newsworthy in Freehold, of course . . . but Columbus, Ohio? Have you ever BEEN to Columbus, Ohio?

My truck stop ministry took me there once, and let me tell you, the men there are disgusting, sex-obsessed thugs and rapists! The things they do at their truck stops . . . the scenes I had to break up in order to witness . . .

Why, Mrs. Burgess is like a modern-day Lot, the only righteous Christian in a heathen, sin-ridden cesspool of depravity! She's a Christian hero!

Moving testimony Revered. We TRUE Christians need to move fast to help Mrs Burgess in her hour of tribulation and form prayer circles so our loving Savior will protect her from the secularists thugs who want to persecute and martyr this poor woman for her faith.

Only in some left coast state like Ohio would the law even think twice about a homeowner pursuing an assailant out into the street and shooting them while they sat in a car.

Great observation, Rev. Rodimer. Just because it is Easter, Spring and the weather is warmer, does not mean women should start showing off their body parts.

Frankly, I wish President Obama would initiate an anti-cleavage campaign. It might stop this practice of younger women stealing older men from their wives.

Well, she was trying to leave. She wasn't going to ruin anything else. I'm pretty sure that shooting someone and having the police come take away a member of the family ruins dinner a little bit more than just letting her leave.

Or you could just try to convert her.
