MONTCALM COUNTY - Four teens who were attending a church Bible camp near Vestaburg in Montcalm County were injured Thursday when lightning hit them.
The lightning strike occurred at the Rock Lake Methodist Bible Church Camp in Richland Township.
Witnesses say they were huddled together under some umbrellas near a baseball field when it happened, and all four were knocked to the ground and suffered burns and numbness from their injuries. They say all four were awake and responsive when those at the camp reached them.
