It consists of two Chinese characters. The first one 私 is pronounces si and means "secret." The second one is 宅 and means building. Si zhai (私宅) equals "secret building."

I personally think duct-tape is to close a phily womans mouth when not obeying her husband. Also for fixing the showerhead to the wall to prevent its being used for inproper egoistic selfenjoy
