That's because raping a virgin is a sin against the girl's father, whereas working on the Sabbath or children rebelling are crimes against God. Besides, in most cases, the virgins asked for it by wearing skimpy clothing or circulating naked pictures of themselves. I'm not saying that makes rape right, but you have to consider the actions of the slutty temptress when you judge a man's culpability. No virgins are tempting anyone into working on Sunday.
