Re: President Teaches Us Why Wind Energy is a Hoax

Trump is once again teaching us about the numerous problems caused by wind energy.

“What do you see happening next, then?” Trump was asked. “It seems like the tensions are high. How does this all end? Is this going to be a long-term thing? How do you see this unfolding?”

“Well, and I said this a long time ago, we are playing right into their hands with the green energy,” Trump began. “The windmills. They don’t work. They’re too expensive. They kill all the birds. They ruin your landscapes. Yet, the environmentalists love the windmills. I’ve been preaching this for years. The windmills. I had them way down. The windmills are the most expensive energy you can have, and they don’t work. They last a period of 10 years and by the time they start rusting and rotting all over the place nobody ever takes them down. They just go onto the next piece of prairie or land and destroy that. It’s incredible.”

If it weren't for windmills, the entire war in Ukraine could have possibly been avoided, do these radical environmentalist care more about ruining property values with noisy ineffective windmills than they do the all the people who have lost their lives in Ukraine? Someone needs to think of the children.
Close minded people are just right people who don't want to spend time arguing.

The same hoax sold in the United States was being sold in Ukraine until Putin stepped in. I think he will stop it and save Ukrainians from having their views blocked. As our President Trump has pointed out numerous times, windmills are ugly. They ruin a country.

Trump has experienced the real-world dangers of wind farms. They did actual harm to his golf course and resort in Scotland. Guests had to look at a horizon that would have been stunning. Instead there were ugly windmills that made him disgusted. A nuclear plant located out of sight could have solved the problem.

Windmills are a blight on God's creation.

Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this?

In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.

Doth not the ear try words? and the mouth taste his meat?

            - Job 12:9-11
Not only is Trump right, but Jesus is doing something about it.

There seems to be a lot of pollution there. If the amount of smoke coming from a car's exhaust over its lifetime, say 100 years, is less than coming from the chimney of where it was made [pro rata per vehicle I suppose I need to point out, socialists may be reading after all and we know what they're like]

how much more pollution must be coming from the windmill factories than the windmill itself when it blows up?

              .NOTE: LACK OF SMOKE.

Iowa is leading the U.S. by producing 60% of its electricity by wind. We know from President Trump's warning we will see no electricity when the wind does not blow.

I'm buying a generator that will use diesel petroleum to make electricity for Freehold and Landover Church. The next time Iowa swelters with no A/C because the wind did not blow, we will be sitting in cool pleasure. Praise Jesus for petroleum.

Re: President Teaches Us Why Wind Energy is a Hoax

I have received a letter from an "alternative energy supplier" offering exclusively green electrons and thought you'd be interested in that. Perhaps you will understand better than I do but from the wires involved and what I've gleaned about electrical circuits and the flow of these electrons, it's similar to the flow of water in pipes. As you know, I have a number of small fruit trees and there are systems of narrow pipes available that can be hooked up to a water outlet with various timers and valves and so on to either drip feed continually or a thorough soaking periodically, daily perhaps or weekly. I can't see how one of these is better than a watering can and the best watering can @ $100 is a joy to use (being well-balanced and a nice shape) is far cheaper than the cheapest automatic watering system (and the cheapest would probably break on day 1) but the point is, even if there were multiple water outlets connected, there's no possibility of separating water molecules from outlet #2 for a single plant. Unless you installed a separate reticulation system for that plant.

Doesn't that mean that (unless the electricity people install a complete set of wires from their "green" generator to me) I'd just be getting the same electrons as now? The letter assured me that my electrons would be green because they'd cost more, about double I think: I can't remember: I threw the letter away.

As a result I'm thinking of having the electricity turned off altogether. My question is about "hydrogen fuel cells" that someone's trying to sell me. Do you have any information about this? The green electron people have made me a little distrustful, I'm afraid.

                  Thank you.

Iowa is a State where the hog population outnumbers the human population by a factor of 4 to 1 - where Jesus restored our Biblical right to eat bacon (and also upsetting the mooselimbs).

Wind farms are also stealing money that rightfully belongs to Jesus - where True Christians™ would ordinarily tithe their money to Jesus.

And where does Jesus' stolen money go? To Warren Buffett; and MidAmerican Energy’s other investors; Facebook (Zuckerberg - to steal elections), Microsoft (Bill Gates), and Google.

Iowa wind farm generates more tax credits than electricity

by Grant Kidwell - 10/06/16 9:30 AM ET

After reaching a settlement with some of its biggest customers this summer, the Warren Buffett-owned utility company MidAmerican Energy may soon build a massive new wind farm in Iowa. The thing is, electricity is far from the only thing it will generate. Known as “Wind XI,” the proposed 2,000 megawatt wind farm—Iowa’s largest ever—has the potential to produce a lot of electricity, but even more tax credits.

In total, Wind XI could generate up to $1.8 billion in tax credits for its backers over the next decade.

The winners? Warren Buffett; MidAmerican Energy’s other investors; and Facebook, Microsoft, and Google—MidAmerican’s biggest customers, who will receive tax benefits of their own for using wind energy. The losers? Taxpayers and other ratepayers footing the bill.

Unfortunately, this is part of an ongoing trend in wind energy across the country. It’s not the demand for more electricity that’s driving construction, but rather the government’s preferential tax treatment and counterintuitive energy mandates.

The demand for electricity in the U.S. has been nearly flat over past decade, due to slow economic growth and gains in energy efficiency. Despite the lack of new demand, new wind farms are popping up across the country because of the tremendous tax credits they generate for their owners.

Warren Buffett has admitted as much. In 2014 he explained: “I will do anything that is basically covered by the law to reduce Berkshire’s tax rate (. . .) We get a tax credit if we build a lot of wind farms. That’s the only reason to build them. They don’t make sense without the tax credit.”

And the tax credits Buffett mentions are substantial. Although MidAmerican Energy likes to note that Wind XI is not receiving any financial incentives from Iowa, that’s only half of the story. The federal government provides $23 in credits for every megawatt hour - the large-scale unit of production for energy - of electricity produced by wind and other alternative energy sources. Known as the production tax credit (PTC), this government giveaway means that MidAmerican’s new wind farm could generate $180 million in credits each year.

The federal government does even more than that to ensure green energy producers get ample benefits. MidAmerican Energy can use the PTC for up to 10 years, after recent regulatory changes expanding the life of the credit. In addition to the tax credits, government regulators set a fixed rate of return for MidAmerican Energy to charge its customers. MidAmerican will receive a guaranteed 11 percent return on equity for Wind XI, meaning it will rake in $395 million in profit over the roughly 30 year life of the project.

Another set of reasons why new wind farms are in high demand are energy mandates at both the state and federal level. Currently, 29 states have renewable portfolio standards mandating utilities to generate a certain percentage of their electricity from sources such as wind and solar. On the federal level, the Environmental Protection Agency’s recent carbon regulations—if eventually upheld by the Supreme Court - will shutter many traditional power plants, leaving wind farms to take their place.

In other words, government policy is doing everything in its power to set the stage for wind. Those investing in wind stand to reap guaranteed profits, while taxpayers and ratepayers have to pay more in the end. In terms of tax dollars, the production tax credit for wind is estimated to cost taxpayers $13.8 billion between 2014 and 2018. Energy mandates, meanwhile, will drive up electricity prices as traditional energy sources are phased out for costlier power provided by wind and solar. The EPA’s carbon regulations that would potentially go into effect in 2022, for example, could raise electricity bills for the average American family 14 percent higher than they were a decade prior.

Public officials must stop gearing energy policy around the promise of guaranteed profits for well-connected energy investors like Warren Buffett. This hits average Americans once in their taxes and twice in higher electricity bills, which raises the prices on goods and services as well as utilities. If wind farms like the one Iowa will soon get are worthy investments, it should because of the power they generate—not the tax benefits.

If we connect the dots, we can understand what is happening. God hates socialism. Windmills are socialism. God shuts down the wind as punishment and revenge.

God likes the tax breaks for oil because oil is a Republican source of energy. Texas, big for Trump. Same with North Dakota.
