I've heard from quite a few scholars on this very subject over a round of Texas Hold 'Em with some of the Pastors at the Landovers Mens' Club.
These scholars and Pastors have devoted their lives to Biblical Proofs and as such, have 'seen it all'. Almost unanimously, they feel the Hungarian and most commies have tiny penises due to the potato diet and resulting tight rectums.
