A simplistic solution to a complex social influence. Who hurt you, my dear? And why are you taking out your rage on sweet Baby Jesus?

      Re: God punishes Iceland

In further mockery of God's true and eternal... truth, uh, Iceland has... further mocked God by electing a majority female government for the first time in European history.

      Corinthians 14:35
And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

      Timothy 2:12
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

      Exodus 22:18
Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

To be fair, in her favor, the Northern Europeans are good white stock and I wouldn't kick Lady President Katrin Jacobsdottir out of bed on a cold Icelandic night, even if she does look a bit Downsy in some pictures.

I have some hope for Iceland. Mrs. Jocobsdottir has a husband and three sons. The previous Prime Minister, Johanna Sigurdardotter, was an out lesbian and brought the wrath of God on that Godforsaken chunk of ice. We could all celebrate if that secular ice cube would find Jesus and join the saved.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

We certainly could. But even if they don't, I still think Iceland can be a kind of frozen seed store for after the Mexican caravan horde overruns America and we have to nuke ourselves to save ourselves, if you see what I mean. Like in the Bruce Willis movie, where you feel like killing yourself and all of humanity to protect them from it.

Fortunately, someone had the good sense to get some men in to re-count the votes and, within literally minutes of your post last night, the headline had changed!

Iceland misses out on Europe's first female-majority parliament after recount

They took away three seats that had allegedly been "won" by woman and gave them to the more deserving men. So the Greenlandic nations can relax for the time being.

More than we'd think. God is removing the curse of glaciers from Iceland in response to sound economic policies. The Enemy is still there, though. "Protesters" are lobbying "the government" to bring back specific glaciers, despite increased agricultural opportunities. Other theories about glaciers exist, as they do for deserts and rivers and droughts and floods but only one has stood across millennia, explaining human carryings-on as succinctly as their outcomes.

                  Will the Eskimos ever learn?!

Volcano Watch: Over 9000 earthquakes and ground uplift were detected at Mt Thorbjorn, Iceland in the past month

I don't exactly keep current with the news in Iceland but they must be seriously getting on Jesus' nerves whatever it is they're up to.

It is well known Iceland has one of the highest percentages of atheist populations in the world. It has had a lesbian Prime Minister. Talk about a country ready for revenge from God, Iceland is it.

If you know any Christians in Iceland, send them a ticket out.

.. . well I've had a look at the tube-web and apart from their cathedral that looks like an iceberg (which didn't seem to contain any idols) and a single example of a hymn (mostly empty, a few people milling around not doing anything in particular – I'll append the clip) with a pipe organ having a suspiciously French timbre, there was nothing else. Cuts off abruptly. Otherwise, various drone views and tourism plugs.

What I'm thinking is that incursions from false religions may be waxing? Mohammedanism is increasing, 7th day adventists probably have a heretic mission underway and what about the mormons? ………………apparently if they convert they emigrate to Utah. Here's one Q&A

                      A Not very receptive.

Q Do you actually get people converting, or is it a mostly fruitless mission?

A I physically baptized one person on my mission

Mormon doctrine as far as I know does not require non-mormons to be murdered. Whether they actually follow their own dogma is therefore immaterial. Two other groups do require EITHER that OR for Churches to be incinerated. I think that would be the area to explore further, if anyone's interested.
