We see bacteria become resistant to antibiotics all the time. That's just God's way of making sure his punishment for sinners and tests for non-sinners remain effective.

You will never, however, see a bacteria turn into or give birth to a dog or a monkey. But that is exactly the kind of nonsense that macroevolutionists believe in.

One simple mutation in a gene, if it is beneficial to the host and its environment then the gene will be carried down generations and they are gradually evolving.
Evolution can be seen every day, just look at whites, blacks, asians, mexicans etc., this is proof that evolution occurs.
Also, say if two short people had a baby who grew up to be really tall (other than it being a recessive gene) its a mutation in itself, some people benefit more from being tall than others. If this particular tall person benefited from his mutation he will pass it down to his kids who will also benefit from it.
