    a pleasant little goldfish
For some reason tattoos have become extremely popular. Fashionable, even. Some designs may have artistic merit, according to the warped conceit of secular values. The little fish for instance would be nice on a glass vase but not on someone's torso. Other themes have very little decorative merit.

    Sisyphus and the giant cabbage
I'll include a snap of a purple cabbage for comparison—it's actually a pretty good likeness—but Sisyphus is an avatar of Satan, punished by Zeus who is also Satan, and not something you'd want to see on someone's leg. These sorts of things are what people put on themselves. Whether or not it's decorative isn't the point. God has prohibited tattoos and once converted from sin to Christianity, the tattoo is still there, fish, cabbage or pagan king, it's all the same to God.

God has promised to answer prayers. Healing is a miracle proving what He said is true. Since a tattoo is a type of scar, can they be healed when someone becomes a Christian? Here is the cabbage for comparison.

Yes, indeed, dear Sister Mitza; tattoos seem to be all the rage these days — Heaven help us all! But, what those sinful people are ignoring is that their tattoos are an offense to Almighty , and they should be re-named as "TABOOS":

Leviticus 19:28 "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the ."

    I Corinthians 6:19,20:
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of , and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify in your body, and in your spirit, which are 's.

Now, even with those very clear commands from the Word of the Living , as found within the blessed , it appears that the unsaved trash of the world care not that their TABOOS are taking them straight to . And, some of them even choose to blatantly spit in the face of the by over-doing their sinful activity. Now, I shall provide some examples for you to see; but, please, dear Sister, do not view these photos if you are about to have lunch, or if you are enjoying a nice cup of Earl Grey. As always, kindly usher the kiddies from the room before proceeding.

I mean, is this not an excellent example of sinful activity that is being amplified beyond the point of blasphemy?

And, it is not only the menfolk who are engaging in such wicked ways. Why, the womenfolk are just as bad!

Mind you, the inked markings are not the only form of taboo that these sinners celebrate. Some of them go as far as to modify certain body parts, distorting them far beyond that which was given to them by the good !

But, one can only suppose that such persons have been inspired by the ages-old ywood tradition of getting facelifts. Is it not obvious that such persons should have learned a few things before going down the same road as Satan's celebrities?

Crap. I was just trying to get a post in how to cut those red cabbages: Peel of the leaves, take out those white nerves, then cut the rest up. It just makes a better dish! Now I am left with weird pictures.
Jeremiah 6:21 Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

Best wishes for the people in Ukraine.

Tut, Roland, strong language is never welcome. Your point about removing the white bits is interesting, but wasteful. We find the answer is not to eat cabbage ourselves, but to feed it to the livestock.

To return to the topic of this thread - so interesting, thank you Sister Mitza! - I am bewildered by tattoos. If God had intended us to look like savages, He would have made us that way.

This thread is not about cabbages. It's about the ability of God to heal tattoos. He has promised to do so in numerous Scriptures which I'll append below with the chillis. Here are some examples of an "on topic" comment.

This comment addresses both the thread topic and the vile types presented by way of illustration in another post. Perhaps I'm too liberal in my views but really an honest-to-goodness savage, one who does scarification say, would be embarrassed to be lumped in with Isabella White's freak show. What savage tattoos eyeballs yellow? They don't know what a Church is and have never heard about Jesus; they're just following a centuries-old tradition.

As you can see, the patterns are more-or-less symmetrical and not a complete mess like the presumably insane idiots trying to look like leopards or whatever they think they're doing. Although if one of them is The Amazing Tattooed Lady from a circus, tattoos are in her job description. None of which makes any difference to God. Body mods are prohibited, end of discussion.

sinful people are ignoring [the fact] that their tattoos are an offense to [the] Almighty

The quotes are in purple to match the cabbage Roland is obsessing over. They show how to contribute in this important question. Anyone not having committed the unforgivable sin can become a Christian. If they previously had tattoos, that's something God can heal. Are there any examples of this we could refer to in witnessing to others? Will God remove the bodily markings done in ignorance, or in sinful rebellion, or as part of a savage tribe?

Christ's ministry brings the promise of healing from the Psalms into our present time.
          Psalm 103:2-3 • Matthew 21:22
          Psalm 147:3-5 • I John 3:22

            This is White genocide.
I was sinking deep in sin far from the peaceful shore,
            Very deeply stained within, sinking to rise no more;
But the Master of the Sea heard my despairing cry,
From the waters lifted me, now safe am I!

Tattooing (includes woad and henna) is not restricted to any one group. Jabbing me with a white-hot branding iron is just as bad as henna decorations for a wedding. God knows and God sees what's taking place at any time. Being all powerful, He could shoot down a lightning bolt BANG! but if the smitten was pencilled in for Hell due to using the wrong words when praying for a son, say, what purpose would the electrocution serve? Jesus is not The Futile God.

Jesus was spoken to initiate creation before time existed

I know where I'd rather spend my eternity ! !
