  • U.S. Navy Names A Ship After A Flaming Homer

At first read, I was very upset about this. But now, I merely strongly disapprove.

So, our Christian Taxpayer-Funded United States Navy has named a new ship after some guy named Harvey Milquetoast, or something like that. The guy is mostly known for being gay and being played by Sean Penn in some movie.

Well, the idea of a United States warship being named for a gay really flipped my Bible pages, I don't mind telling you. Gays have no fighting spirit and such a warship would be blown up in a second by the most laughable enemy attack. Anyone could see that outcome. But it turns out that I was wrong.

The ship named for Milkyway is a type of supply ship, not a warship. Its job is to get fluid--namely fuel-- into other, more important, Navy vessels. Now, as a Bible-Reading, True Christian™ I am offended by the very thought of gays and homersex, but at least this ship is sort of aptly named for the function it performs.

So, it's still completely disgusting, but now at least it makes sense.

As usual, I agree with Sister Handy--it's not my first choice, but I don't mind naming the new ship after a gaylord so much. It's an oiler, and who knows more about lubricants than the homos? But I'd definitely draw the line at naming a warship after a friend of Dorothy.

Why does the Navy want to sink Jesus. What parents want their son to join and Navy when he might serve on a floating sex party?

The Air Force is much more patriotic. Female students at the Air Force Academy get harassed regularly.
