Republican Spits on God!

Unbelievable as it is, Former Republican Senator John Danforth of Missouri, has apparently been possessed by demons. THIS story tells it all: He has turned his back on God, on the Bible, and on God's chosen President, GWB. He even claims that fighting to keep the sanctity of marriage is nothing less than baiting the public:

...Danforth, an ordained Episcopal priest and a lifelong Republican who represented Missouri for 18 years in the Senate, argues that the religious right has focused its agenda on divisive issues that polarize Americans and create a stalemate in government.

These issues, such as abortion, gay marriage and the use of religious displays on government property, are "of little intrinsic importance except as wedges" to energize the base by pitting "people of faith" against their perceived enemies, Danforth says in the book due in stores Tuesday.

"If Christianity is supposed to be a ministry of reconciliation, but has become, instead, a divisive force in American political life, something is terribly wrong and we should correct it," Danforth writes.

Well, there's your problem. He's a false Christian who has finally turned hippie and wants to trick America into the notion that "Jesus loves everyone". As all True Christians know, nothing could be further from the truth.

Well, there's your problem. He's a false Christian who has finally turned hippie and wants to trick America into the notion that "Jesus loves everyone". As all True Christians know, nothing could be further from the truth.

I see what's happened here:

Since he retired from the Senate, Danforth has served as special envoy to Sudan in 2001 and as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations in 2004.

This man may once have been an innocent Republican, but he's been in the Dark Continent for too long and gone native. Either that, or he was killed and eaten while he was out there, and some spear-chucker stole his documents and is now passing himself off as a respectable white politican. The nerve!
