  • GOP talking points: how to talk about Sonia Sotomayer

    Code-words for "she's Mexican":

Everybody knows that Latinas are fire-blooded psycho bitches. A Hispanic judge would ignore the law in favor of physical fights and screaming matches, and often be blinded with rage when she took a personal interest in a case and decide thusly. However, political correctness prevents us from pointing out this obvious fact, so we have to talk about her "temperment" and call her "ill-tempered" or "unduly caustic."

We can't call her an "uppity mexican", so instead call her "racist". This mexican, by saying she's as qualified as her white competors, is insulting the entire white race - lowering whites to the level of mexicans!

Now, obviously the only way a woman or mexican could get a job for this is through affirmative action. We can't say that, so just say she's "unqualified".

Code words for "she's a woman":

A good supreme Court justice is like Justice Scalia: a man who is "gregarious," "aggressive," who asks questions that are "pointed".

Women are incapable of doing this, because when they try we just get shrill, angry, hysterical, emotional, tempermental, unduly caustic outbursts from uppity shrieking harpies.

Women are too emotional and easily manipulated to be judges. So talk about her "Empathy" and how that's a bad thing.

    How to combine these criticisms:

G Gordon Liddy: Let’s hope that the key conferences aren’t when she’s menstruating or something, or just before she’s going to menstruate. That would really be bad. Lord knows what we would get then....

Miss Sotomayor is a member of La Raza, which means in illegal alien, “the race.”...

And everybody is cheering because Hispanics and females have been, quote, underrepresented, unquote. And as you pointed out, which I thought was quite insightful, the Supreme Court is not designed to be and should not be a representative body.
    What is at stake?

She's as bad as segregation, losing the vote, being lynched, the civil war, slavery, and the holocaust all combined:

Rush Limbaugh says she's as bad as losing the vote and getting lynched:
RUSH LIMBAUGH: ...If ever a civil rights movement was needed in America, it is for the Republican Party. If ever we needed to start marching for freedom and constitutional rights, it's for the Republican Party. The Republican Party is today's oppressed minority, and it knows how to behave as one.
New Gingritch sent out an email:
"If Civil War, suffrage, and Civil Rights are to mean anything, we cannot accept" Sotomayer.
Got that? Sotomayer will not only lynch whites, she take the vote away from males and whites. She'll split the country in two, and in one half fo the country white people will be slaves.

Newt Gingrich, while touring the gas chambers at Auschwitz and thinking "of the evil that stalks the world today" calls her a "Latina Woman racist."

Newt has been planning to be President for a long time. As long ago as 1980 he explained that he decided to divorce his cancerous wife because "She isn't young enough or pretty enough to be the President's wife."

Maybe if he married Sarah Palin...

Even Obama admits that she's a slum-spawned uppity shieker whose faith is not in Jesus:

And this is what makes Judge Sotomayor so extraordinary. Even as she has reached the heights of her profession, she has never forgotten where she began. [In a third-world-occupied slum] She has faced down barriers, overcome difficult odds, and lived the American dream. As a Justice of the Supreme Court, she will bring not only the experience acquired over the course of a brilliant legal career, but the wisdom accumulated over the course of an extraordinary journey – a journey defined by hard work, fierce [read: shrill and uppity] intelligence, and the enduring faith [In Jesus? No:] that, in America, all things are possible.

I see almost everyone has been reading these talking points:

Here's an interesting argument I had not considered:

SHUSTER: Mr. Tancredo, do you agree that the Obama administration hates white people?
TANCREDO: Oh [sighs], I don’t know. But I’ll tell you this –
SHUSTER: You don’t know? In other words, they might?
TANCREDO: What do I — I have no idea whether they hate white people or not!
Good point. I also don't know if Obama prefers raping blondes or brunettes, and I don't know if his membership in NAMBLA is up-to-date. I don't have a clue as to whether I have footage proving that Sonia Sotomayor is a member of a lesbian witch coven who wants to turn your daughters into buritto-muching bulldykes. I'm completely stumped.

I've been paying attention to the news too, Jeb, and I haven't been able to find the clips that confirm those rumors, yet. I'll keep looking for you.

Re: GOP talking points: how to talk about Sonia Sotomayer

Here's a new way to point out she's Mexican: point out that like other Mexicans she eats garbage like a roach:
Sotomayor also claimed: "For me, a very special part of my being Latina is the mucho platos de arroz, gandoles y pernir -- rice, beans and pork -- that I have eaten at countless family holidays and special events."

This has prompted some Republicans to muse privately about whether Sotomayor is suggesting that distinctive Puerto Rican cuisine such as patitas de cerdo con garbanzo -- pigs' tongue and ears -- would somehow, in some small way influence her verdicts from the bench.

Curt Levey, the executive director of the Committee for Justice, a conservative-leaning advocacy group, said he wasn't certain whether Sotomayor had claimed her palate would color her view of legal facts but he said that President Obama's Supreme Court nominee clearly touts her subjective approach to the law.

"It's pretty disturbing," said Levey. "It's one thing to say that occasionally a judge will despite his or her best efforts to be impartial ... allow occasional biases to cloud impartiality."
Here's an editorial from the National Review pointing out that the way Sotomeyor pronounces her name proves she's a sleeper-cell for the mexican invasion.
"Putting the emphasis on the final syllable of Sotomayor is unnatural in English...one of the areas where conformity is appropriate is how your new countrymen say your name..."

Re: GOP talking points: how to talk about Sonia Sotomayer

To me, there is only one way to ensure that our message resonates with the voters that matter: middle class White Americans, and that is to denounce this as reverse racism. I seem to recall some issue years ago involving a fire crew that was forced to promote useless mexicans when there were several perfectly good white workers who were more qualified for the job. I'm a little fuzzy on the details, but I trust the Holy Spirit has guided my memory sufficiently, and I would rather rely on the Holy Spirit than the liberal "google".

Anyways, back to my original point: there are thousands of better white lawyers out there, and yet Obama chose this one woman for two reason: she is a woman and she is a different color. That is judging based on race, and that is RACISM.

Barack Obama may be the most racist president we've ever had. How ironic is that?

I only have a few thought on her. Perhaps Justice Thomas a former Negro can talks some sense into her assuming she even gets confirmed.

She is an activist judge but being a Mexican and a Catholic I suspect she will be interested in legalizing cock fighting.

I think it was very decent of Newt to divorce his wife while she was in the hospital with cancer. Many others in his position would have simply added some weed killer to her feeding tube.

I admit that Sotomayer is a bit conservative for my tastes, but I'm sure I can compromise with Republicans and support her. She hasn't done enough for affirmative action, in my opinion. Every single job in America should be subject to Affirmative Action. What angers me are things like the New York Times Bestseller list....the majority are white people. I would like the government to step in and force publishers to hire more minority writers.

All this talk about "earning" and "being more qualified because of experience" are just codewords for simple racism. Of course whites have more experience...because racist white people only hire whites!

That's because White men are better writers. Isn't that obvious? In fact you should know that White men excell at nearly everything we try our hand at. History proves this. That's why the best thing we can do for you jigs is to follow the Holy Bible and bring back slavery.

True affirmative action would be ideal. But then you would be out of work and a qualifed person would be in your place.
