  • Rewilding is anti-God and un-Biblical

I need not remind any True Christian of Genesis 1:26 but apparently the 3/5ths nation of Scotland has yet to get the message. Let me help them:

    Genesis 1:26
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Compare this with what the Scotch are doing with their partial self-government:

A large swathe of the Scottish Highlands stretching between the west coast and Loch Ness is to be rewilded as part of a 30-year project to restore nature
Which is precisely the opposite of God's explicit instructions. What part of "And God said" do they not understand? Their stupid plan is paganistic nature worship and puts them on Satan's quickest 7-lane level grade carcass strewn asphalt freeway to Hell. Not to mention it mocks our cherished religious beliefs. Join me in prayer that Boris Johnson decides to halt the descent into savagery and cancels Scotchland.
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

Wildlife in Scotland is pretty much limited to a bunch of red bearded drunkards in skirts sexually assaulting nearby livestock.

How could the Scots not understand they are to multiply and fill and tame wild spaces. They are simply a failed people, men wearing skirts and playing dreadful bagpipes. What could we expect?
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Has anyone actually been there? (By "anyone" I'm referring to Boris and the Holyrood crew who quite likely never venture far from their castle.)

Weren't the highland clearances, late 18th to early 19th centuries, supposed to be getting the land back to nature? Admittedly so the Lairds could go marauding around hunting things without trampling any peasants crofters under-hoof. (Scottish lawyers were getting rather litigious in the 1700's.) Then a lot of trees were cut down but replanted. Perhaps the varieties chosen for reforestation are disliked by the landowners; I'm sure if they can get England to pay for replacing them with Scottish trees they'll give it a shot. But apart from that, there's nothing there!

Scotland was effectively dewilded in 1603, when King James I (confusingly called James VI under the Scotch arithmetic system) united the crowns of England and Scotland. Matters were left there for a while, what with King James being otherwise occupied with far more important matters.

A hundred years or so later, the two countries were officially united (under English rule, obviously) and Scotch life continued in a more-or-less (probably rather less than more) civilized fashion until 1999 when the then Prime Minister (the communist Tony B. Liar) effectively threw them out and made them govern themselves. Informed scholars argue that the rewilding of the Scotch began with this folly.

If they wish to reintroduce wolves and bears, that is entirely their affair. However, Hadrian's Wall needs to be made wildlife-proof as nobody wants those critters (or their ferrets, weasels and drunks) on the southern side of the border.

Oh! Are they going to re-introduce bears? There was some talk of cloning woolly mammoths. Have you heard whether they're coming back too? Novel "dating methods" are refuted by The Bible but bones and cave-art provide a record of these creatures being known within historical times.

Historically the wildlife north of the wall kept to themselves but some wolves were introduced and escaped into England. This started a chain of events culminating in the White Walkers marching South with a Scotch army of zombies, i.e. normal Scotch people. Of course the English won and now it's frankly embarrassing they were ever considered a threat. Every 10 or 100 years they get drunk enough to try and leave but can't... they're too drunk.

                  This all sounds vaguely familiar.

There's a simple rule at play here. NEVER play God. If the Lord had wanted these areas to be wild, He would have kept them that way. Who are we to try to muck up God's plan?
