  • Did the Bible predict Nixon's fall?

Friends, you know I sometimes need a helping hand when it comes to our beloved KJV. There is so much awesomeness in there that now and again it clouds my understanding (but never my faith! ).

    So... Nehemiah ...

    Nehemiah 8:1
And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the Lord had commanded to Israel.

Could it be that... the demoncrats... hotel... laws... speaking as one man...surely not? Or is it?

I need to lie down now - I have an unexplained headache - but I would appreciate your take on this bombshell.
    Psalm 81:10:
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

That's deep, really deep. It has to refer to Nixon, what else could it be? We're all greatful for your discovery.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

      Oh. My. Word.

That is amazing! Our LORD is AMAZING!

Brother, the Holy Spirit has opened your eyes unto this mystery that has plagued and confused theologians for thousands and thousands of years! How fantastic!

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Brother, I believe this passage is more likely referring to the destruction to come of the heathen Democrats and their satanic hoard.

While it is true that the great Christian Richard Nixon fell in dubious battle before the Watergate, we must remember that while, to Christians, the Watergate is the site of a mighty blow to God's work and His people, it was the site of the headquarters of the Democrat Party. The Watergate is a satanic place. Surely, the Scriptures here refer to God's just wrath against the Democrats.

I believe you are absolutely correct that this prophesy concerns the Watergate, clearly this is the case, but I feel the prophecy is not yet fulfilled. I believe that the Lord will smite the Democrats soon and thus will the prophecy be revealed.

        His will be done.
God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11

Thanks a million Brothers and Sisters. It is clear that Jesus talks through your wise tongues!

So, I was probably kinda right and also slightly wrong. That makes me joyful. Sadly I have another headache today.

I am so inspired by your comments that I will keep searching for revelations in the Bible about current events*. GLORY!

*My next project is to find out which Nascar driver God is talking about here:

          2 Kings 9:20
And the watchman told, saying, He came even unto them, and cometh not again: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he driveth furiously.
          Psalm 81:10:
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
